There are several employees that are overly rude to both staff and customers. I am honestly not thrilled to watch a mom be mom shamed by a 20-something kid with more things glued to his nails than there are coffee bean in the store. The mother had a child that was obviously special needs and the employee shushed the child and corrected the mother for disturbing the other guests... very sad. I try to avoid this StarbucksKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

I visited on Labor Day morning and was very disappointed. Typically, Starbucks has exceptional service, but even they have off days, and that was evident on this day. The service was unspeakable, very disappointing. I will not be referring this location to anyone.

I could not even begin to tell you how the food or drinks were. I stood at the counter for five minutes well, one of the employees chatted at a table, and the other employee did not even acknowledge me. I finally walked out without anything at all. Will never go to this location again.

I went to this Starbucks twice last week when I was in the area for an appointment. The store and items I purchased were to be expected but what I wanted to note is the speediness in which the staff made my items. I always order on the app prior. Both times, I placed the order just a couple minutes prior to arriving and both times, my multiple items were ready.

The manager on duty was so incredibly kind, his energy created a welcoming environment for everyone that walked in the door. He greeted everyone cheerfully and really made my day feel so much brighter! He was a ray of sunshine!

I came in Saturday 5/27 to drink my coffee and work on my projects. A girl came in with her service dog and order her drink for her and her boyfriend. No one in the store had an issue with the dog. He was quiet and doing his job. A very rude Asian employee asked the girl to “pick up her dog because they cant have animals in the store.” How is he supposed to work if she has to carry him around? It’s against federal law to deny a service animal anywhere. REALLY disappointed in this location and that rude employee. Won’t be coming here anymore. Do better.
