Came with my family of 6 people to enjoy an afternoon coffee desert. My mom, who is 70 years old was denied the restroom because they were cleaning them and they were near to close the store at 6pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. I expected a better service from this company. I definitely expect an apology from the people running the place and teach employees to provide a better customer service. Bad experience this time for me.

Thank you to the barista on Saturday for above and beyond service! I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks, so I replaced an order at this location, and when I told him, he generously gave me a larger drink and a cake pop! He was so kind and I appreciated him helping me. I sadly did not get a name as I was rushing, but it was the afternoon of may 17th. Great service and atmosphere.

Miserable employees. Overcharged a tall for a grande and didn’t correct it. Failed to correctly scan my gift card in app nor attempted to fix it. None of the employees greeted or smiled at me or any other customer. When I’m spending my hard earned money I expect the working employees to do what their being paid for. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.

I never went to any Starbuck, and the employee looked at his phone when a customer was in front of him (chubbier than other employees and with Bob haircut). And he didn't even scan my phone, so I had to do it myself. But he did forget to correct his co-worker with the wrong cup size.
This place is clean and the interior is nice decorated.

The WORST customer service i’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go try a local coffee shop that has just as good of coffee and doesn’t hate when a customer comes in and interrupts their chatting time.

Today I asked for hot tea refill as I do that all the time at Starbucks for years and years but one of the service team told me we have to use the old used cup which is never happened at any Starbucks stores before. This is a violation of the Florida State Health Department Codes and Regulations for restaurants, also she charged me for a refill price even that I scanned my account from the app, she is not familiar with company refill policy at all. After I paid I left without taking the tea as I lost my appetite. I’ll never step a foot at that Clearwater store again I do not understand why she made her own refill policy and not following the company policy.

They charged us double what our order was two days in a row the first day I thought it was a mistake when they did the same thing the second day it was malicious and the food was not good at all. Be cautious what they are charging you.
