I never went to any Starbuck, and the employee looked at his phone when a customer was in front of him (chubbier than other employees and with Bob haircut). And he didn't even scan my phone, so I had to do it myself. But he did forget to correct his co-worker with the wrong cup size.
This place is clean and the interior is nice decorated.

The WORST customer service i’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go try a local coffee shop that has just as good of coffee and doesn’t hate when a customer comes in and interrupts their chatting time.

Today I asked for hot tea refill as I do that all the time at Starbucks for years and years but one of the service team told me we have to use the old used cup which is never happened at any Starbucks stores before. This is a violation of the Florida State Health Department Codes and Regulations for restaurants, also she charged me for a refill price even that I scanned my account from the app, she is not familiar with company refill policy at all. After I paid I left without taking the tea as I lost my appetite. I’ll never step a foot at that Clearwater store again I do not understand why she made her own refill policy and not following the company policy.

They charged us double what our order was two days in a row the first day I thought it was a mistake when they did the same thing the second day it was malicious and the food was not good at all. Be cautious what they are charging you.

The staff here at Starbucks always makes my morning. These poor girls computers been down for like 6 days. But they still put on a smi. I hate to tell him that I don't really drink coffee I just come in to see them and have my morning brightened up

Not welcoming place, chairs are always up, so you need to grab and go. They do NOT want you seat in the seating area. Coffee is very weak. Coffee place without smell of coffee. Credit card machines were down for all 4 days. Cash only! Is this true? Such a big company can fix this issue? Or they get straight cash!!! ?

I paid today for 2 cups that were not given to me. Along with all purchases at Starbucks, I didn’t see it right away.
But the fact is that they didn’t give me what I paid for!
Of course I will complain about such a service!
I recommend checking everything carefully if you want to come to this cafe.

Update: Money returned without even my presence. A huge appreciation to employee resolved it quick and smooth.

For me all the workers are excellent, except for 1 worker who for me does not have a good attitude, it's a shame he doesn't have his name on it, the truth is he doesn't treat the public well.

Hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Service is so great that I use this store as the standard for all the other Starbucks. What's cool about this particular Starbucks is how each employee has their own personality to where they can jell. And that trickles out to how they treat the customers. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!
