So pleasant and greeting as I walked in the door and the baristas there are quick and the brown sugar shaking expresso was one of the best I e had in a bit thank you girls so much and keep smiling spreading the love !!!!!!!!! We visited here on Sunday afternoon after shopping at the nearby spirit halloween store. The staff was kind and friendly. The drinks we ordered were delicious and made just as we ordered them. We stayed about half an hour and played a card game at one of the tables while drinking our coffees. Thank you!

Literally HORRIBLE and rude workers. We came after Sunday service to just grab a bite and coffee with some friends. Once we went home and changed and came back to study we grabbed a couple of energy drinks and started studying. That’s when a male worker came up to us and rudely asked “are you planning on purchasing anything?” We told him we bought coffee just a couple of hours ago and he claimed we needed to purchases something every time we left and came back. So we just left. Rude white boy.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Starbucks. My friend and I came in to focus on some work—something we’ve done at many Starbucks locations before without any issue. But from the moment we walked in, we were met with unnecessary hostility from an employee named Will.
He aggressively told us we had to buy something or we’d be kicked out. He repeated this multiple times with an obvious attitude, even though we weren’t causing any trouble—we were literally just sitting quietly and working. I later looked it up and found that Starbucks as a company doesn’t even have a rule like this—it’s just this location’s own policy, enforced with zero professionalism or grace.
To avoid conflict, I ended up ordering something, even though I wasn’t thirsty. And even during the purchase, Will continued to treat us with unnecessary rudeness. No smile, no basic courtesy—just pure attitude. It was genuinely uncomfortable.
This experience completely ruined the atmosphere. We came here expecting the usual welcoming Starbucks vibe and instead were met with a power-tripping employee who made us feel unwelcome from the second we stepped in.
Absolutely disappointed. Won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management seriously considers how they’re training staff—especially when it comes to interacting with customers respectfully.

One of the better Starbucks in Clearwater. Their drink consistency is great from visit to visit and their staff is friendly. The outdoor patio is nice for sitting in the morning and sipping a brown sugar cortado in a house mug!

On my way to work at 6:00 in the morning I stop for an iced tea...the employees are always so kind and cheerful, especially Gabby. She always greets me by name when I pull up to the drive-thru...she goes the extra mile to remember names and faces. Huge kudos to her customer service.

I have been a frequent customer of this location since it opened as I lived near by. I moved a few months ago, and there is a store close to me but I prefer to drive the 3 miles to get my coffee at this one. Friendly staff, my coffee is always just the way I like it and even when they’re extremely busy, they always have great service. I won’t lie, I order pick up in store just so I can say hi to everyone. Always puts me in a good mood to stop by!
