Omg this older man was helping us in drive thur and he was amazing but the lady named KIT that was behind him was very rude they maid our drinks wrong and she rolled her eyes at us and got so rude. Our drink looked like it was all milk and disgusting so whem had to go in parking lot to wait on drinks and then the drinks came out even worst then the first time. This is ridiculous.ai understand making a mistake in drinks but really twice and the rudeness from Kit was unbelievable she does not need to work at a place like this

LOVE this location. On my daily commute, there is another Starbucks right by my home and another right across the street from my job. I go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is always very polite and they take time and Care with the drinks that they craft. Thank you Starbucks in Clearwater for always being amazing, you are appreciated!

I frequent this location on my way to work for my coffee needs. Each time is usually quick and fast. I either get a nitro brew with sweet cream or venti iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso. Today I go the iced brown sugar oat sugar espresso, however it tasted different. It seems they forgot to add the brown sugar in there. The tasted is like coffee and milk. It sucks I can’t return to the store as I am driving to my night shift for work. Next time could you please remember it . Thank you! For 7 dollars it should be right.

I had to go to this starbucks this morning and I won't be back. The youg woman at the drive thru approximately 740a she was rude and unprofessional when I asked about part of my order. She doesn't belong in a customer facing position.

Good vibes as Amy Starbucks would. It's a bit difficult to enter into the place if you're on the other side of the road to turn left. It's busy morning, so we avoided the drive through line, and milking around inside the store instead 😁☕☕☕

Drive thru microphone doesn’t work? I ordered a white mocha and they gave me normal mocha.. I got to park and walk in the rain for it! <3
Horrrrrrible customer service. I am a doordasher and I walked in to pick up an order. There were 4 people behind the counter and when I walked in they were mostly all doing something. However, once they were done with things they were doing not a SINGLE ONE greeted or asked what I was there for. One girl brought three bags over to the place where delivery orders are picked up. Never said anything to me. I checked those bags but it was all one person and not the one I was there for. A few minutes go by and still nothing. The same girl comes over to bring one more bag. Again. Never saying anything to me or asking who I was there for. She places the bag on the counter away from me and walks off. Another girl with reddish frizzy hair finally asked what I'm waiting for. I give her the name and she goes well. They're right there and just points to the bags. The one the girl had just placed down was the order I was waiting for but as a doordasher if somebody is clearly waiting they usually call it out or check before displacing the order down and walking off. I can't even say horrible customer service cuz that was absolutely no customer service from a single one of your employees in that store today.

We came here at 18:50, 10 minutes before closing and they locked the doors and didn’t answer when they were clearly inside . Unfortunately we didn’t our coffees
