Enjoy a wonderful cup of Starbucks on the patio outside. It’s very laid back and right next to the beach.

It's a pretty well located Starbucks.
Since it is close to the beach and the Hilton hotel. One of the big problems is that there are not enough chairs in the premises for the number of people who visit.

Thank you, Starbucks! You have public restrooms unlike CVS across the street. The coffees were always made right and one of my many trips I just ordered a bottled water and a warmed blueberry muffin for my son. It was a huge line and the kind barista had me wait over to the other side so it wouldn’t have been that long of a wait for me. Kudos to everyone who know how to control large crowds.

We came here for coffee. The line went by very fast. The drinks were great. The server was polite. The atmosphere was perfect as it was not decorated too much or too little. Would come back.

The male staff was very rude and racist. My family walked in 2:30pm today, I’m ordering while my 3yr old son, my 60yr old mom and my husband went inside to find a seat, feeding my toddler his food. A male staff walked by my family right after and then waved his head, as if my family was sneaking in for table and restroom without ordering. He repeatedly showed around, until my husband approached him telling him I’m ordering. This is unacceptable. Worst service I’ve ever had in a Starbucks.

So thankful for a welcoming place to hold a Zoom meeting while I was away from home in Florida! Very cool vibe, right near the beach, great service, and great music. Maya was fantastic and helped me create a great drink with half caffiene and their delicious cold peppermint chocolate foam, ICED - absolutely delicious!! And I wasn't afraid I'd be up all night ;) Thank you, Starbucks and Maya!! You helped make the 'work hours' of our 'vacation' just lovely!

Years ago I was a teen going through severe mental health issues. The former manager T listened to my story and gave me a chance. My life has completely changed and I am extremely grateful because this job was a catalyst for that change. Now I am a successful CEO and living a beautiful life. You never know who is on the otherside of the register 💎 Much love to this space and to those getting their start at service jobs. Let your heart lead you. It will at workout.

Like all other Starbucks, but this one was open while most of the stores in the area had to close because of flooding caused by the hurricanes

The beauty of marketing, it sells the product in image and you receive your paper cup. fortunately my wife says it isn't so bad.
Appetite comes already by looking but not at Starbucks.

I have no issues with this location, other than what happened to me just now. Why do you have tables and chairs on a wheelchair ramp? As I left, I almost fell out of my chair and scraped the silicone off my wheel rim on the right side. That’s going to cost me now, because if I don’t replace it, I’ll be scraping my palm every time I wheel.

Wheelchair accessibility: See above, not good.

Went by in the morning and picked up a burnt dark roast coffee. Returned in the afternoon and let them know that it was pretty bad. First thing the girl says is, why didn’t you just return to get another one?..... Probably because I’m one of those people that usually pick up a coffee on my way to somewhere.

I ask if she can just give me the difference and I’ll order something else this time and she asks one of the other girls over. That girl asks me, well how much of it did you drink? Wow. They go on to tell me that because they’re part of the Hilton they’re not like other Starbucks locations and they just can’t do returns or price adjustments. I don’t have to tell you how the rest of the experience went.

I ended up purchasing a Tampa mug as well but returned it later that evening because it reminded me of the horrible experience there and I didn’t want that energy coming back with me after I had so many awesome times on my trip. The customer service of the manager processing the return was on par with the rest of the staff.

As all Starbucks locations; their prices differ. Higher here for sure, because it’s on the strip, but even ones close together in the middle of nowhere vary from location to location. Makes no sense to me.

Regardless, I definitely wouldn’t go back to this location and I didn’t. I frequented the mainland Starbucks on Cleveland street for the rest of my vacay (tended to be super busy though).
