Very poor service, especially toward tourists. Because of the loud noise inside the store, I had difficulty hearing the cashier clearly. When I asked the barista to add a bit more syrup to my large drink, he seemed unwilling to accommodate the request. He made dismissive faces and acted as if he didn’t understand me. Although he remade the drink, he used the same amount of syrup as before, ignoring what I had asked for. Later, I realized that the cashier actually spoke my language but never mentioned it, which could have helped clarify my order and avoid the misunderstanding. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and unhelpful.

So glad to find a Starbucks nearby. We stopped by several times during our visit to Clearwater and appreciated having a hot drink on colder days. They have plenty of staff, so it doesn’t take long to receive your order. The location is very convenient, right near Pier 60, making it easy to grab a drink and continue exploring the area or enjoy a walk along the beach (just don’t litter!).

I do not get the low average score. This is a fantastic Starbucks with an amazing crew. Open on Christmas Day, the crew could not have been more friendly and helpful. The store is immaculately clean, the service was fast and friendly, and they had everything I wanted. This is a franchise store that is part of a Hilton hotel, but you could never tell it wasn't a fully authentic Starbucks.

It's a pretty well located Starbucks. Since it is close to the beach and the Hilton hotel. One of the big problems is that there are not enough chairs in the premises for the number of people who visit.

Thank you, Starbucks! You have public restrooms unlike CVS across the street. The coffees were always made right and one of my many trips I just ordered a bottled water and a warmed blueberry muffin for my son. It was a huge line and the kind barista had me wait over to the other side so it wouldn’t have been that long of a wait for me. Kudos to everyone who know how to control large crowds.

The male staff was very rude and racist. My family walked in 2:30pm today, I’m ordering while my 3yr old son, my 60yr old mom and my husband went inside to find a seat, feeding my toddler his food. A male staff walked by my family right after and then waved his head, as if my family was sneaking in for table and restroom without ordering. He repeatedly showed around, until my husband approached him telling him I’m ordering. This is unacceptable. Worst service I’ve ever had in a Starbucks.
