AMAZING starbucks. beautiful service & workers always welcoming & making my drinks perfect. my boyfriend & i are there multiple times a week & always are greeted with smiling faces. tracy especially is sweet & another young woman with tattoos so so nice greeted me so kindly❤️ ily starbucks on gulf to bay

Food and drink were good, but the atmosphere is not what I was looking for. I was looking to find a calm place to sit and work but the music is so loud and echoing. Not a place that is easy to sit at and have a conversation or get some work done. I would have gone outside, but the traffic is quite loud at the intersection.

every time i come here my drink is missing something i paid extra for. the inconsistency of the drinks is crazy considering i order on the app the same drink every time. ordered, waited in the drive through then had to get out and go back in to have my drink corrected. all the workers walk around like zombies, and lack personality.,

Met up with someone for a sale here. I ordered the honey almondmilk ice coffee. I didn't like this flavor, but the service and atmosphere was good. I'll try something else next time.

The service here was exceptional. I needed to order 3 coffee travelers for the next morning and Dakota took my order and had them ready for the expected time that morning. Dakota was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Dakota!

My wife ordered me a venti chai tea latte and I end up getting a grande sticker but a tall cup. Like how on earth can someone be so blind and deaf and not get an order correct? Like we already pay enough as it is therefor I should get the correct order the 1st time. Will never go back to this location again

As the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." This is the second time going to this Starbucks and won't be going back again. The first time was a cracked cup that spilled all over us when the outer cup fell off the inner cracked cup, but this time was just poor management. I ordered on the app and went into the store pickup counter to get my drink. I waited a good 5 min before they started working on it. This person was a new employee, which I was ok with. He got the frap made and placed it in the blender and started it. Instead of finishing my drink, he started making a different order for another customer, so I waited till he was done. After that?... you guessed it, he made yet another order while mine was still waiting on the blender. He then went back to the printer to pick up yet another ticket; this is when I finally spoke up asking if he was ever going to finish my drink. This is when, what I believe was a manager started yelling at me, informing me that the employee is training and I need to be more patient. I explained that my drink was in the blender waiting to be finished while he made 2 other drinks, but the manager did not care and continued to yell at me for my impatience. I was good with the person in training and felt I was being very patient, but I was quite upset with the way I was treated as I left the place shaking. I felt the need to post as a warning to other customers of this very rude manager.

The workers at Starbucks here are truly the sweetest. I only was able to get one of their names, DACODA, made my day. On top of that my drink was made perfectly! Happy holidays to all the lovely people at this location🫶🏼

The baristas are really kind but Starbucks has become extremely expensive. They charge more for 50% less $6 for this foolishness!

Vegetarian options: Nondairy hot chocolate is my go to too bad it is never hot even though I ask for it to be extra hot so it is still hot when I am ready to consume it.

I got attacked by a damned jihad that was speaking curses and channeling "7 demons" in the outside area. Causing me to leave early and not finish my coffee. Which would be fine and all, except they don't know how to do the blonde roast here.

Not to mention as a southern bearded gentleman the amount of dirty looks I got walking in the door. I put a 5 star because I'm a regular, not because it deserves it.
