I ordered a venti refresher and a croissant. I get to the window and he hands me a grande refresher. I tell him that I ordered a venti and he goes “you ordered a grande so go and have a good day”. Turned around and kept taking an order. Never came back to the window. I order Starbucks everyday and it has been years. Trust me, I amNOT trying to steal $1 dollar by ordering a different size. The service was terrible. I didn’t get his name at the drive thru window but he was an older guy. They will never get my business ever again.

Came into a slammed location and Kats was holding it down, there few move slow and feel not far to Kats or Nav as they are running ship alone seem. As for rest team her out your girls and move faster during peal time. Without Kats and Nev making drinks this ship would fall apart.

I ordered to pick up at the drive through, just because I didn’t stop at the order menu and went straight to the window, she started to scream at me like a crazy while she having a customer in front of her, I always order online to pick up at the drive through and I never have been treated like that before like this was today at this store, bad experience definitely never order here again.

This is the worst Starbucks location in Pinellas County, and, and this is coming from someone who lives in Feathersound, where this Starbucks is located. Do yourself a favor and just skip going there. They are always understaffed, and there is always a long wait, no matter the time of day. I’ve just resolved to not go there at all. 1/10 stars.

Even though there was a large order in front of us from the softball team. The employees were in a good mood, friendly, and attentive to us. We went twice in 13 hours is it was close to our hotel and easy to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

I've learned to contain my excitement better..lol ?..a few minutes later we arrive. With luck on my side recently we find aGreat Parking spot.. ?As I gaze at the menu she says" Postatio" , I replied "sold!"It was delicious not too sweet.I accidentally grabbed the wrong drink the first time. Lol ?The establishment was clean and smiling faces everywhere.?✨️We shall see each other and in the may future starbucks thank you.

Id prefer to get a full cup of coffee when I pay $6 for a drink... a bit frustrating when you realize youn only have about 75% of a drink in your cup.... just another reason why I make most of my coffee now at home
