Drive thru gentleman was very kind and hard working m, he got my order right and my dog got a pup cup. All is well in the world
I donât know about anyone else, however Starbucks lately have not been the cleanest
The woman with purple curly hair (wasnât wearing a name tag so I couldnât get her name) working the drive through was extremely rude. She messed up our order on the drive through screen and when we tried to bring it to her attention she got extremely nasty. She kept saying âitâs on the screen! Itâs on the screen! Itâs on the screen!â Instead of listening to us that we only wanted 1 of the item not 2 and when she finally realized what we were saying she barked âWELL YOU ORDERED 2!â. Never seen such terrible customer service. This woman should not be in customer service.

The barista Steph was Extremely rude to me and my daughter today when she politely asked for a refill. I spoke up and said, there is no reason to be rude, normally Starbucks employees are super friendly. She told us in front of everyone âwe donât work for Starbucks, she works for Target.â WOW so Target doesnât have standardsâŚ.they are typically polite too. We will not be back.

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Clearwater Beach, to celebrate our 38th anniversary. On our way out of the city, we decided to stop for breakfast at Starbucks. The Starbucks located at 2195 Gulf To Bay BLVD. Coffee and sandwiches were superb, as always. We get home, two and a half hour drive, and I noticed I have left my purse hanging from the chair. My husband got in touch with the shift supervisor (Dakota), and to my relief, it was already in their safe. The next day, the store manager, was in touch with my husband. And to make the story short, the bag was delivered to me within 24 hours. I really appreciate their efforts and communication at all time. Thank you so much!
Gave them a good tip and got a disgusting coffee. What kind of establishment is being ran here? Hire new workers⌠Never again.

The young lady behind the counter was very rude. I saw that signs were up saying that the registers were out of order. When I asked how I could pay for my order she became very belligerent, rolling her eyes and head not answering my question. I did not want to order after being subjected to her very rude behavior towards me.

I am not sure if they collect all of the grumpy employees, or if the manager is terrible, but this is repeatedly the saddest Starbucks I have ever been in. They are very slow and often get the order wrong.
We had to sit in the drive thru because the car in front of us placed a sandwich order at the window! Our breakfast sandwiches were overcooked. The coffee cup rim was deformed so the lid wouldn't stay on. It popped of as soon as we set it in the cup holder. Had to ask multiple times for napkins and let her know the lid popped off the coffee and spilled. She didn't care just told us the straw was in the bag! Worse service I have ever gotten at this starbucks!
