Wednesday December 18, 4:40pm I requested 3 shots of espresso and half and half on a side (which is I know 4 ounces being given at no charge), barista gave me like 2 ounces then 1 ounce and was super rude, said "have a day you deserved" which is I consider as inappropriate. Also their service is very slow. And it’s the second time I visit this location and second time I experience their rude behavior. I've been a loyal customer for many years, I contacted the Starbucks chat support about this issue but haven’t received their response yet

I rely on Starbucks on a daily basis as an Dillards employee in the mall we support each other. A lot of people were frustrated when we had renovations a couple months ago. But they need to understand that was out of there control, and they have always had a warm and inviting atmosphere. :)

The Starbucks at countryside mall has an amazing and wonderful staff. Heather and her team give truly outstanding service and are always so sweet. They get me my drink fast but always remain kind and know how to leave their guests happy. They all deserve raises for their outstanding work!

The quoted pick up times are never accurate. I order on my break and my drink is either melted and watery or not done yet. I dare not ask if they can add ice or if it's close to being ready.
There is one associate that always apologizes for the wait, but everyone else always looks flustered and irritated. The drinks are okay, but I don't think they're made correctly.
Definitely need a little (re)training for the staff.
It's by the ice skating rink so definitely no peace and quiet!

Had to wait quite a while for my drink to be prepared. Their coffees are very strong. You have to like strong coffee to drink the regular coffees. Their specialty drinks are delicious but very expensive. I only go to Starbucks as a treat. I could not afford it on a regular basis

Now with the 5 on all ratings, you may wonder why the 1. Most of the employees deserve the 5, however ,idk who the manager is of this place but they are obviously blind to the one who was giving everyone dirty looks, on their phone( could actually see them on FB) putting on lip gloss, and yes still touching people's drinks and food items. At one point was on their personal phone while handing food to a customer. She left the kiosk multiple times on her phone to stand around in the mall talking or scrolling. At one point she went back in flinging her hair everywhere and grabbed something then popped it in her mouth. Completely grossed out by her sheer inability to wash hands and to control themselves while around other people's food. I don't know what the managers idea of clean and responsible is, but that ain't it. Whoever this person is the manager needs to handle it or remove them because this is not a place I would ever order food from again because I don't know where that women's hands have been. Let alone the phone she was attached to. She's above average tall, thicker, brown/ blonde hair and had the only pink apron on.

My recent visit to Starbucks left me disappointed due to an encounter with an employee named JoJo. As someone who doesn't frequent Starbucks often, I simply wanted to inquire about their latte options. However, JoJo curtly informed me that they didn't have strawberry or blueberry lattes without offering any further menu details. Her lack of professionalism and abrupt manner caught me off guard. When I politely asked for her name after this exchange, she accused me of being aggressive towards her, which further soured my experience. Customer service is crucial in any establishment, and JoJo's approach fell short of basic courtesy and helpfulness. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in customer interactions at this Starbucks location.
