Most awful Starbucks I've ever been to. My simple drink was wrong, people were also around me coming up to the counter saying theirs were wrong as well. Staff unfriendly.

I was at this location today 10 till 10 a.m. 12/3. The young woman working the register was in my opinion not starbucks worthy. She first off was not in uniform and texting while I lingered in front of her. The other young lady was making drinks. I walked down to the lady making drinks and was very obviously looking for service. I look back and the lady at the register was answering a question for another customer that arrived after me. Mind you there were 3 customers and not 1 was greeted by her. I walk up and ask if this is where I place my order. She emotionlessly replied yes. I ordered my beverage and mid transaction She pulled out her phone, register til open and started texting as im waiting for my change. I am a fan of your company though I will think twice before approaching this one again as it was not a very friendly experience.

Worst Starbucks ever! Order was taken in the timely fashion. Getting my double espresso not so much. And then by the time they gave it to me it was cold. Five employees one person actually waiting on customers. And then not to mention some rude Karen screaming over my shoulder about holiday cups. And then she screams at me for putting an empty half and half container on the counter in front of her. Merry Christmas people. Won't be coming back to the Starbucks!

Be warned, they do close early when I don't believe they're supposed to. It is Monday and they are supposed to stay open until 8 PM when the mall closes. It Is 750 and they are closed. Pretty sure they're not supposed to do that so I will call corporate!

Starbucks employee making our coffees wont stop talking to the customers in front of us after theyve been served. Been 9 minutes, our coffees not served yet. Unreal. Do your job and stop talking to your friends.

Terrible service, the attendants always look angry, it takes a long time to serve and they always get my order wrong ,when I order with light ice Comes with a lot ice and when comes with light ice the cup it is not full as supposed

Nice Starbucks in the mall! I like going here for a quick pick me up after getting exhausted watching my wife shop. Decent coffee and desserts, it’s not cheap but if you want something cheap you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks in the first place. Patio type area right next to the skating rink so you can pretend it’s not 94 degrees outside

What a terrible experience. Service was super slow and then I got blanked for not giving a twenty per cent tip. This was an awful experience and the worst crap Starbucks experience EVER.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to! They do get busy but despite all that, everyone is very nice and friendly! Every time I go, Jojo is always there and is so kind and helpful! She'll answer any questions I have without hesitation, always has a smile on her face and my drinks are always perfect! 10/10 recommend!

Ive been coming here for a while now and the service was okay. I moved away for a little . I came back and i met JOJO!!!!!! She is sweet as pie and now sometimes i just come to the mall to see a movie or grab a few candles and i always stop for my beverage and breakfast especially when she is around. Her love and light and passion for her job is top notch!!!! Very grateful for the great customer service and loving environment

Every time im on the go running around shopping its nice to get a good energy boost! Love the staff so polite and very quick service !!
