Nice Starbucks in the mall! I like going here for a quick pick me up after getting exhausted watching my wife shop. Decent coffee and desserts, it’s not cheap but if you want something cheap you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks in the first place. Patio type area right next to the skating rink so you can pretend it’s not 94 degrees outside

Honestly, this is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to! They do get busy but despite all that, everyone is very nice and friendly! Every time I go, Jojo is always there and is so kind and helpful! She'll answer any questions I have without hesitation, always has a smile on her face and my drinks are always perfect! 10/10 recommend!

Ive been coming here for a while now and the service was okay. I moved away for a little . I came back and i met JOJO!!!!!! She is sweet as pie and now sometimes i just come to the mall to see a movie or grab a few candles and i always stop for my beverage and breakfast especially when she is around. Her love and light and passion for her job is top notch!!!! Very grateful for the great customer service and loving environment

This place allows people who are visibly sick and throwing up to come to work and they get fired for missing work even if they have a doctor’s note from the ER, they will be told that the note is “inconsistent” 🤣 Be careful with the food and drink because the management clearly has no concern for the health and safety of the public and the employees at this place are clearly unhappy with the toxic work environment. It is a shame that Starbucks allows this third party company to use their name.
Today I stopped by This Starbucks at Countryside Mall just to add to my City and state coffee mug collection. Staff greeted me with a big welcome before the mall actually opens at 10, before the bad rush and typical long lines. Tampa Bay mug or Florida mug? I chose the big Tampa Bay and small tiny Florida mug. Accessible venue with accessible line and accessible counters for ordering and pickup. Accessible tables in front of venue Accesible restrooms for men and women and diaper changer in central mall area

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks but the one in Countryside Mall has been one of the nicest experiences. The staff are all so kind and accommodating. I’ve been there a handful of times and the girls named Jojo and Nali were amazing every single time!

Can’t say enough good things about Jo Jo and the experience me and my daughter had at this Starbucks in the Countryside Mall. The way she greeted my 2 1/2 year old daughter, made her smile from ear to ear. She was prompt with taking our order and was just so kind and polite. Her customer service was some of the best we’ve experienced at any Starbucks. We will most likely be making this our new permanent Starbucks to make our pumpkin loaf and chai tea trips to. Thanks again Jo Jo:)

Just go to the one in target. They are the only good one in Clearwater!Update! Pinellas county district is so pathetic that they made their employees sit in a 3 hour meeting about this issue according to a local employee. Get a grip! I am going to keep posting and maybe my half a million overall views will make a difference.... I am one step away from complete boycott. The Starbucks in this area are horrible. Terrible!
