❌❌❌THIS LOCATION!!! DOES NOT ROUTINELY SANITIZE THEIR KITCHEN OR GRILLS. I CANNOT BELIEVE... I GOT THE WORST EXPLOSIVE Diarrhea from this location !!! TWICE! I moved to Palm harbor 2 years ago, and got a burger from this location closing time... The worst stomach ache ensued after and diarrhea.. I thought it was a real bad idea to have oily burger that late) but NOTED NOT TO COME BACK!!! TO THIS LOCATION. But last weekend I stopped at a steakNSHAKE off a highway . And got the best non oily double burger extra cheese plain. .. was soo good got another one... And it was satisfying the location did not serve an OILY STEAKNSHAKE BURGER!! weird..but BOTH wasn't... 👌👌.. SO TODAY .. I was motivated to have same burger.. while passing this location .. forgetting... That I HAVE BANNED MYSELF from approaching this countryside store. ☹️💔😓😓 And I ate it... 3 hours later... My stomach went straight OUT ALL OVER THE TOILET!!! 🫥🫥🫥🫥🫥💥💥💥💥💥 Confirming THIS IS A TOXIC LOCATION FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS!!! PROBABLY LONGER.. WHERE DOES THE DIRTY OIL COME FROM STEAK N SHAKE!!!!!?????? 😡

Our food is generally good. We like being able to order tallow fries at some establishment locally. HOWEVER - I have had the worst service her consistently. Tonight whatever manager (I think?) was on duty was screaming across the kitchen while we awkwardly waited at the window. I’ve never been so horrified… felt like a Waffle House level fight could happen by the employees. There needs to be some firing and re-training here. The location in oldsmar is way less chaotic and the service is a million times better.

Terrible service and ridiculously cold. Waited 20 minutes for a shake. Save yourself the hassle in do not go to this location. You have to order through the stupid kiosk and then go up and pick up your own food. What a waste of time.

I love Steak ‘n Shake but this location needs some serious help. I am genuinely shocked at how dirty and disgusting this place was. Algae growth on the ice machine which means it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, every table I tried to sit at was so dirty and the floor was literally sticky. The workers here are super lazy and I’m just shocked that a chain restaurant could even get this bad. Management needs to be replaced and staff need overhaul.

Ok so you have to order at a kiosk that is not user friendly. Food is about the same as it always been. The place was clean for a change. Nothing special 17 bucks for 2 for lunch. Bring your credit card as only on kiosk takes cash.
Milkshake was not full. The reason I went in was for these french fries but they're cold so it's just garbage they might as well be the crappy stuff. This place is unbelievably slow nothing has changed same lousy management of this Bugatti guy who is so into talking about cracker barrel he ought to bother to look at the bottom of the barrel outfit he's running right now cuz I'm telling you Culver is going to beat your butt because they're fast and their food is good and they don't provide you with cold food

We love the staff, burgers and fries countryside location. Staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are. Each order is made fresh...you may need to wait a tad but it is worth it. I normally place an order online.

I was in drive through waiting for my food for about 15 mins. This was a long time as I was in my lunch break. Also waiting that long you would should at least have nice hot food.... that wasn't the case thought😔

Got two garlic burgers one of my favorite things in the world. The burgers were literally just meat amd bread no sauce cheese or garlic. The dude at the drive through was rude and cut us off ordering three times. Will not be coming back it is the worst steak and shake in pinellas or pasco. The food sucks and the employees are rude and talk and act like its a rap video. Do not waste money here McDonalds is a better choice.
