It took 25 minutes to get an order to go. They also messed up my order. A bacon double cheeseburger with ketchup only was ordered. I got a hamburger with everything on it. The chocolate oreo shake ordered was vanilla. It wasn't busy when the food was ordered. It's sad how badly this place has gone downhill. I wish I would have read other reviews for this location before throwing my money away. People have been asking management to fix this place for months, especially night shift.

First time to this place and the last, I got a number one double steak cheeseburger meal with fries, medium size. The fries are tiny, little mini fries, and barely any were in the bag, and the double cheeseburger is nothing to speak of. You can get a regular cheeseburger from Wendy’s or any of the other fast food places and it’s the same size as this Double one here??. Very disappointed. Maybe they’re famous for their shakes?

They Just Can’t Get It Right I try and I Try to give them another chance but it doesn’t matter…. Of the managers I’ve spoke to at this location only 1 really cares and she’s doing the best she can but her other managers are failing nights & weekends are a gamble It’s not that hard if you just read the ticket and pay attention
