Are you serious? You get a QR code to fill up your drink? How cheap are you guys going to get? If I am dining in and have to wait for my food, I should at least be able to refill my drink for free. Not great choices. Burger was cold... chilli was still hot. If you don't want people in the dining room, then just close it.

It’s crazy that you’re like sitting around and there’s no waiters there anymore you order your own food and then you sit at the tables. I love it it just gets people out of working now so that’s the only bummer but I love this place.

Overall, I enjoy the Steak and Shake chain as a fast food restaurant. The taste of the burger is above average and the milk shakes are worthwhile.But, what irritates me is that they change extra for ketchup for my fries.It's minor but still irritating.During my visit to this restaurant in Clearwater, I ordered at the kiosk and sat down at table close to pick up area. However it seemed most of the tables were dirty. Which is why I dropped a couple stars.

I have know S and S all of my life and was a favorite as a child and young adult some 60 or more years. Time has not been kind to the menu. Hamburger was so so. The fries were terrible. The shake was ok. Give it a pass.

I'm kind of disappointed. I am diabetic. Went through with my daughter, and she ordered a shake, and I asked if I could get the largest cup of ice water . I am a paying customer, not asking for a free handout. I know they have nice size large cups. I get to the window. The girl hands me a small cup half full of ice. I ask, " Don't you still have the really big cups?" She says yes and shuts the window on me. HOW RUDE! Do I have to spell it out? ?
