The kid working at 5 on Tuesday evening can't handle kids coming in and waiting on customers very slow 😞 kids loud people walking out
Girl working today early morning refused to open door for services. Stood there for 10 minutes after 9am and she just wouldn't service anyone.
This Subway used to be the best, and the customer service was top-notch! I haven't been here in years but decided to stop by for a sub tonight. The girl working on the closing shift on September 3rd (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) didn’t bother to greet me when I walked in, which is whatever; I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I went up to the counter, and she told me she’d be with me soon. But then she made me wait almost 15 minutes while she cleaned up instead of taking my order. I ended up walking out. I won’t put up with disrespect, and other customers won’t either, which will only drive more people away from this Subway. There are several reviews that mention similar issues with this girl’s attitude and service. I really hope the owners address this!

Girl working today needs to check her attitude. She needs to talk to the girl she’s teaching better too. That’s your coworker. 3 people were in front of me and I listened to this girl talk like she was never raised to have manners and talk to people with respect. Very very sloppy making sandwiches with no care. Couldn’t handle the rush obviously. Definitely shouldn’t be teaching anyone anything. Someone needs to teach this girl some manners.
I also said I didn’t put the special instructions in my online order… she didn’t bother to ask what those were, not once while she was making the sandwiches. So again, no care whatsoever.

They treated my grandma badly. They scanned for more than what she was going to buy for. They burnt my sandwich both of them.

Went with coupon buy 1 footlong & drink get 1 footlong free. Girl scanned coupon but rang up $23.00. Said coupon rang up but it's still $23.00. I left w/out the food.
This subway used to be great. Manager was great employees were attentive and knew how to build a sandwich. HOWEVER --- went to grab dinner before a family event and the staff member we interacted with needs some serious retraining. And I say staff member because they had on a hoodie and a black yeeyee hat with no name tag in view at all)1. My husband ordered a flatbread foot long monster. This staff member proceeded to tell him okay but I can't toast it because it doesnt work. When not 2 minutes later they toast my son's all american footlong. It's the same toaster???2. Since when are flat bread sandwiches ROLLED? Instead of putting the meat and toppings on the flatbread and then folding it over like every other flatbread ever made the staff member clumped all the meat at one end of the flat bread and then the toppings in front and rolled it like a burrito...that's not how any of that should have gone.3. My husband told the staff member TWICE what kind of cheese he wanted (Pepperjack) what he got was Monteray jack. They have both cheeses.4. When my sandwich (veggie 6 in flatbread) was completed (the last sandwich in our order) I asked for several packs of red wine vinegar. I didn't get it and had to go back and wait to ask for it again. (Two other customers in the store not there fault at all and shout out to the customer behind us that was the one that actually noticed me standing there and brought the staff members attention to me)TLDR; This staff member with the yeeyee hat and hoodie and no name tag needs retraining. And I will be asking to speak to the owner regarding it because I've already seen a post about the manager not caring.Subway Corp. This store is NOT treating ur franchise accordingly.

The person on staff (I say staff because there was no name tag present but they were wearing a black YeeYee hat) today needs to be retrained. 1. I asked for a flat bread sandwich not a burrito. The staff member rolled it up instead of folding it like every other flat bread footlong I've ever eaten. 2. I said which cheese twice and yet the cheese on my sandwich wasn't right. 3. The staff member says she can't toast my flatbread but she can toast someone else sandwich? It's the same toaster what's up with that? 4. My partner asked for packets of red wine vinegar while their sandwich was being made. We didn't get it and my partner ended up having to go back and ask for it again. Again this person needs retraining. Time of visit was Friday May 17, 2024 at 620pm.

Went in for 7pm Tuesday may 14th for dinner, a young lady with no name tag and a black yee yee hat on waited on us my wife asked for rotisserie chicken bacon and pepperoni, worker asked if toasted and said no, so she was not going to heat up the chicken or bacon and said that how they do it there...sorry no you heat the meat up.. and she did the same with my sweet onion chicken teriyaki and was already aggravated cause didn't want toasted but I said toast it cause I didn't want cold chicken...every Subway I've ever been to heat the meats up in the oven not sure what this subway is doing
5/3/24 I'm a weekly customer had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the store manager Robyn today...Her attitude was horrible it was during lunch rush..I waited on finish with a customer she began to help me I tried to use coupon she told me it didn't apply to my order so I told her just cookies and sandwich, she accused me of taking potato chips in front of all the customers it was the most humiliating experience I've ever experienced..and she kept disrespecting me kept talking antagonizing the situation instead of being professional...very disappointed

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery while I was at work and never received it. I went to the store after my shift to ask about either getting my order or my money back and they said there was nothing they could do. This location and its staff are horrible and don’t care about their customers or have an efficient way for people to contact them (states they have no store phone). I will never be ordering from them again
The employee was very friendly and quick, also made very delicious sandwiches!
