They stated that they open at 10am. I was just standing there for 15 minutes waiting as they were in fact not open at 10am.

Amaya was great!! She was so fast and courteous, I could've sworn she was the manager with how proficient she was with taking our orders. My friend and I sat in the back even though it was 30min before closing and we weren't rushed or anything. Would come again-- just dont blame the workers for a little crusty bread if you come in 30min before closing, lol

The old guy that works at night sucks, I've ordered twice before and he doesn't know how to follow the VERY EASY instructions, food doesn't get toasted and he doesn't put sauces on the sub, I mean how hard is your job? Pathetic old ahh man

Store hours open until 10pm on the website, google, and even on the front door. Doors were closed and locked at 9:28pm.

The woman who works Saturday evening can barely speak English and by herself puts on gloves, makes a phone call and then proceed to continue touching my bread so naturally I just walked out, and an extremely wet floor with no wet floor sign just the mop bucket that is also hazardous to consumers. I'm assuming it's a lack of training and staffing and management caring. God I only wish I had taken pictures for evidence of these issues.

I just stopped by with my mother to purchase two foot long subs and I was helped by team member #6962. Rude and bad customer service, I asked for my subs with nothing on it and put vinegar and mayo when I asked him not to on both tuna subs. He did it while I got distracted with my toddler and by the time I noticed it was too late to go back as I was headed to the beach. I tried calling the number on the receipt but says that the call cannot completed as dial and disconnects the call. I am beyond upset, I need a refund for this, poor service, no wonder the store is empty the majority of the time. I need someone to fix this and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never stop by at this location. I love the audacity to ask for a tip and I am more to blame for leaving one as well. NEVER AGAIN!!!
