The woman who works Saturday evening can barely speak English and by herself puts on gloves, makes a phone call and then proceed to continue touching my bread so naturally I just walked out, and an extremely wet floor with no wet floor sign just the mop bucket that is also hazardous to consumers. I'm assuming it's a lack of training and staffing and management caring. God I only wish I had taken pictures for evidence of these issues.

I just stopped by with my mother to purchase two foot long subs and I was helped by team member #6962. Rude and bad customer service, I asked for my subs with nothing on it and put vinegar and mayo when I asked him not to on both tuna subs. He did it while I got distracted with my toddler and by the time I noticed it was too late to go back as I was headed to the beach. I tried calling the number on the receipt but says that the call cannot completed as dial and disconnects the call. I am beyond upset, I need a refund for this, poor service, no wonder the store is empty the majority of the time. I need someone to fix this and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never stop by at this location. I love the audacity to ask for a tip and I am more to blame for leaving one as well. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Came here for lunch and expected the normal subway service. I was overly surprised by a young man named Isaac he went above and beyond to ensure me and my children were well taken care.
In a world where it seems customer service doesnât matter any longer this young man impressed me and my family like no other!!!

I went to this Subway and the young man behind the counter was very rude... I was having trouble with my app and he was no help at all... I tried to ask questions and he kept telling me he had online sandwiches to make and he had to do those orders 1st... He also told me he was basically out of bread... I stood there for over 20 minutes... I got there around 7:20 pm and finally walked out at 7:47pm... I would NOT recommend this subway to anyone... I ended up going to the subway on Drew street and Hercules avenue... the young man in there was awesome... Thank you Justin... you made my day

Clean nice location. Sales person could care less . Asked for 6 inch white bread hot stale bread barely chewable so sad . 6" I guess is put on side for to use for those orders . The girl behind the counter didn't look like she enjoyed her job at all .But the worst was ale bread . Lunch time . Been here ton ton of times this is the only time I had to leave a bad review . Stale bread unreal .

I have been in here 4 times. EVERY TIME, there is no Italian herb and cheese bread OR chocolate chip cookies. I said âyou donât have chocolate chip againâŠâ and her response was âwe do, they are just extra crispyâ⊠Then proceeded to go over to the rack, where there were burnt cookiesâŠ. EVERY TIME I walk in, I am glanced at and not greeted with âhelloâ, even after I say âhelloâ! They take their time and are not in a hurry to service. I wish there was another subway nearby. Iâm just not going to go to subway anymore. Four times is four too many.
My son loves subway but this was the first time we used this location. He got two footlongs and when we ate them at home we noticed that the bread was old. We were hungry so we ate half of them and today we had to throw out the rest. Will not be returning! I cannot comment on Service and Atmosphere since I did not pick up that's why I gave three stars.

My son loves subway but this was the first time we used this location. He got two footlongs and when we ate them at home we noticed that the bread was old. We were hungry so we ate half of them and today we had to throw out the rest. Will not be returning! I cannot comment on Service and Atmosphere since I did not pick up that's why I gave three stars.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Subway restaurant ăThe service was excellent. My server, was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions ïŒbuy one fl,get one free.and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My sandwich was made perfectly, and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great sandwich.â

First off the sandwich was good until I had a small piece of plastic in it. Then my wife told me her turkey cali club had no bacon and no avocado on it. Worst part was (2) 6 inch meals cost $23.
