This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The guy behind the counter is very unfriendly. When I went to check out and pay, I didn’t hit the tip button, but somehow the tip showed up on my receipt. He made my sandwich with very little meat. And he was very unfriendly. I’ll never go back to this subway ever again

First of all they make you pay FIRST before even making the sandwiches which has never happened to me. It’s only at that Subway that they do that to me and I’ve gone to that subway and different ones for like 6 months. Second the 2 lady’s who are there now are not good workers. They are very very sweet tho it’s just whenever I go into that Subway and they are there, stuff is out of stock and not refilled including the drinks- they will make me pay first before making the sandwich. 2 times, I’ve gone there they have charged people wrong. I think they didn’t charge me wrong because I get a really easy order. Third, they are always busy or running around like I would stand there waiting for a while before they would even come to me which is TOTALLY fine I’m patient, but it makes no sense because other stuff is not refilled every time I got. I’m not trying to spread hate I really am not. But this has been going on for months ??? I’m only saying maybe talk with the workers about this, I don’t want them fired I just want them to understand that how they are running things is a little weird.

On their door and on Google, they have their hours listed open until 10:00 pm. I get there at 9:30 pm and the guy is closing up, he said that's when they close. I am so sick of these food workers who hate their job so much and are so lazy that they close very early. They just made me, a new potential customer, very angry with their stupidity, and I'll probably won't return to this location.

Arrived at 9:00 Told by Daniel that he closes at 9:30 and needs 30 minutes to clean up. The posted hours both on the door and online say they close at 10. We drove to this store based on the posted hours, we got out of the car based on the hours posted on the door . Daniel seemed very overwhelmed How is it that owner doesn't pay Daniel until 10:30 so he can honor the hours. I blame the franchisee and the franchise for not operating as they say they will. Change the door hours, change the posted hours and pay the staff for cleanup after they close.

I asked for extra extra black olives on my sandwich and this guy only put like 5 black olives. Barely any toppings on both the sandwiches I ordered! I paid $20 for this? Naw! Not ever again! I’ll just start going to Sunset Subs! Should’ve just gone there to begin with, plus they are way cheaper than subway! I’ll be going there from now on! Will never go to subway again! Sam used took my order and it was very unpleasant. I asked her If there was more lettuce Went to the And then came back and said there’s no more lettuce OK there was no other bread than multigrain. All the vegetables were soggy and wet And when I asked her if she could have fresh ingredients for me, she said that I could go to another subway. If I don’t like this one this is very unprofessional and I do not like the way she treated me. 0 stars
