I’m done ordering from this location! Every time I’ve ordered from here they always mess up my food. I’ve contacted this so called owner of the restaurant and they never do anything about this for me! I would not ever recommend coming to this subway. I’m definitely not coming back here ever again! I asked for extra extra black olives on my sandwich and this guy only put like 5 black olives. Barely any toppings on both the sandwiches I ordered! I paid $20 for this? Naw! Not ever again! I’ll just start going to Sunset Subs! Should’ve just gone there to begin with, plus they are way cheaper than subway! I’ll be going there from now on! Will never go to subway again! I’ve had multiple issues with this particular subway and i always email this so called owner or manager and they never do anything to resolve my issues!

Sam used took my order and it was very unpleasant. I asked her If there was more lettuce Went to the And then came back and said there’s no more lettuce OK there was no other bread than multigrain. All the vegetables were soggy and wet And when I asked her if she could have fresh ingredients for me, she said that I could go to another subway. If I don’t like this one this is very unprofessional and I do not like the way she treated me. 0 stars

I was picking up a mobile order last night and on the app it states that they close at 10pm.I put in the order before 930 and was informed via the app it will be ready by 940pm. I arrive to Subway at 945pm and to my surprise the place is dark and there is a minivan parked in the front.I order a tuna flatbread sub and a turkey sub on Italian bread. I have my toppings on for the tuna and my wife's toppings for her turkey sandwich.A kid walked out the door and I gave him my name and he walked out with a bag and empty cup for the drink.He informed me that they close at 930pm instead of 10pm and that if I arrived 5 mins later he would have thrown out my order and left to go home.Slightly pissed on that but I got my order and fulfill my cup at the fountain because he let me in at the dark Subway restaurant.Arrived home, gave my wife her sandwich and she was complaining because she had onions and spinach on her sub. So I looked at mine and had extra mayo and peppers on my tuna. The employee who was leaving prematurely had put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. He put my wife's toppings on my sandwich & vice versa. Now I was highly upset. Look at the pics of her turkey sandwich and my tuna.I have not been to Subway in a long time and this was my first time at this location. Will not come to this one again and will talk to the manager today.

Do not eat here the associate was very disrespectful harassing me about going on a date with him. Did not have the order ready. Eating and putting food in his mouth while making my order. I am pretty sure he was on crystal meth. I will never go back to a Subway again.

I have been waiting in subway only one in line for ten minutes and she hasn't even said hi, could you wait a minute or anything. Then 12 minutes later, she finally asks me what she can get started for me with all the attitude. She acted annoyed we were even there. I treated her with kindness anyway. She threw my cookies in the bag when I didn't even tell her what kind we wanted yet. It was bad.

This is one of the best subways in the area. Neat and organized. Never had any concerns with service as the staff is always respectful, friendly and helpful.
I have never had such amazing service at ANY Subway throughout Florida. Sharnita was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient... an absolute dream! Our subs were made to perfection and definitely made with love. I cannot express how pleased I am with everything- I am in awe. Thank you, Sharnita! You are such a light in this world.

This Subway is freshly renovated. The sandwich artist I had was courteous and quick.
