They did not provide a straw for my drink or the sauce for my meal…why ask what sauce I want if they don’t put it with the meal? I did drive through and needed to get back to work but I had my meal regardless without the sauce I would have enjoyed and without a straw for my large soda. Not the best, second time ever, in 12 years, experience.
I understand they have a fast paced job but if you took the job then do it all right no matter what. We all hold each other accountable to do the work we chose to do, done correctly.
Looks like I need to start holding up the line in the drive through to dig through my bag and see if everything is there (not my job) if I go to KFC again.

This is the best fast food place I have ever been in my whole life! Its clean, fast service, cool decor and its very mondern and welcoming.
Well update : finally tried again and even tho the food came out better definitely not well done as i asked for the quesadilla to be. The person working your window is disgustingly RUDE. If we order a number 7 ITS A MEAL and huffing and puffing when we said to just mix the sauces. Shocking customer service.

I asked for one thing and they gave me something completely different and when I went to collect they told me no, I had even shown them a photo of what I wanted and they gave me something completely different. I had never been treated so badly in a place.
