I enjoyed good customer service. Staff was polite and friendly! Tortillas were soft and warm. My tacos were prepared fresh and were delicious. I asked for a large cup of ice. I was given that cup of ice without being charged for it. That's refreshing!
I went there yesterday. As a tourist in Florida it's the coldest building I've ever been in, which for me is a huge plus. On two of the things I ordered I pressed wrong on my order, so they put the fries inside the burrito, which is my fault. I thought I didn't get the fries so I went to the cashier and asked. They gave me two side fries for free when I offered to pay for them. Great service.
So I've had a couple hiccups with the food being wrong, but for how often I come that's to be expected however it is the way they handle it that makes them above and beyond other taco bella. I believe I spoke to Amanda last time, she was so nice, not condescending at all like most places are when your food gets messed up, and they want to act like you're lying or something. No she was super sweet replaced everything and even throw in a little something extra.....
