Dustin and the crew are amazing! We love Taco Belle and have been here 3 days a week for the past two weeks for lunch and snacks! He is super friendly and the perfect person to work the window!

I ordered two deluxe boxed around 7 pm on 1/19/25 after I placed my order online I sat in the parking lot an waited almost 15 minutes my order still said received it wasn’t until I arrived at the speaker an told the young lady I was picking up that my order status said my order is now being made . It was only one car in the parking lot and I was the only one in line

Don't waste your time or money here!!! Went on Christmas ever at 5:30 and I spent 50 dollars and they only gave me half of my order so I went back and they closed 10 mins early.

They got my order wrong, First thing, I had ordered fries with extra seasoning and extra sauce. I got fries with barely any seasoning, and two things of sauce.. half way filled

I had also gotten a potato soft for my vegetarian wife, she got a regular taco.
Also...all of my small delicate stuff was at the bottom,so when I had seen the disaster, it was all soaking wet with the meat juice

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu items are not separated in the bag, allowing animal grease to contaminate anything next to or under them.

Every time i’ve come here i’ve always had something missing from my order. I literally only place mobile orders in advance. I thought placing a mobile order would be helping the employees and myself out. If Im still receiving missing items then what is the point of mobile orders?? I thought mobile orders prevent missing items considering the receipt is literally printed in front of them with everything I want on it. i was patient the first few times, but this has become habitual. i know working over nights sucks, trust me i do. that’s why i thought mobile orders would make things a bit easier giving you guys a heads up in advance but apparently not. audit your night crew. i’ve lost like $20 worth of food from missing things in my orders.

Chris (the manager i think) is so sweet & patient. I realized once i got to the window that it would be cheaper to order through the app & you get a drink too. Everyone else was upset ((i work retail i get it)) but Chris was so kind, thank you!! Give that man a raise!!

Today I visited this location and was told by Ryan after sitting for five minutes, that if I didn’t buy anything I had to leave. I’ve been experiencing so much discrimination in this area it’s not even funny. I later spoke to the manager Peggy who told me that they do not allow people to sit here if they don’t buy anything and that Ryan said I had been sitting there for twenty minutes. I had just got there and had been sitting no more than five minutes before he came and said something to me. Peggy also made a point to mention that Ryan was the one who told me that so I can put it I. The bad review I’ll be leaving online. The management and employees here select the ones mentioned need to be trained. And I understand the rules but it’s not fair that someone has to purchase something in order to sit in this establishment. If I buy today but don’t want to tomorrow it shouldn’t be an issue. You have no idea what someone may be experiencing and instead of calling it loitering you should be kinder and welcome people of all kinds. At any rate I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks and I will no longer be supporting any Taco Bell. Thanks.
