We usually do drive thru at this Taco Bell, however we decided to dine in today. There were no customers dining in and now I understand why. The young man told us we had to use the kiosk to order that they no longer had employees taking orders at the counter. My wife and I ordered 3 crunchy tacos each. When we received our tacos all 6 were smashed. There was very little in them. Probably why they all broke from trying to wrap them. I’m sorry, but when a fast food restaurant forces me to use their kiosk to order because they don’t want to provide personnel at the counter, then they don’t deserve our business. $20 for crushed tacos and a drink. Won’t be eating here any longer.

Order Door dash. As I'm disabled and they missed putting my Mild Sauce in the order, order via Door dash as I have no car and too far to walk, I understand mistakes but only option was to go and get it myself from the store. No other options provided. Very disappointing and I'll live with it. But always have some issue ordering Taco Bell via Door dash and so it continues, very sad and disappointed once again

This review is not towards Taco Bell, but towards the general manager (Joe) at this location he is by far the worst person I have ever seen work at a fast food restaurant. I have passed by and overheard him through the speaker on the drive-through cussing through the background, calling customers bad names. I guess he thought we couldn’t hear him. I have also been inside the restaurant and have personally seen him mistreat his employees calling them. disgusting names, using profanity, knowing that some of them are minors or elders he has slammed his hand aggressively on the counter while screaming at people faces and talks very disrespectfully to the pain customers I can guarantee you if he’s on shift I do not show up. it’s a very bad reputation for the company to have somebody like this work for them. If they care about their business, they will get rid of people with this kind of customer service. it is 100% a lawsuit just waiting to happen. The guy definitely needs anger management classes and a drug abuse course because there is definitely something wrong. I honestly feel very bad for the employees that work there Hopefully corporate one day walks in. And realizes the sort of abuse their employees go through to make minimum wage at a job I Put one star because I couldn’t give them a -10 one employee will make the entire company sink

Shoutout to my folks at this Taco Bell location they never give me a hard time. The service is always amazing and quick and the very few times there has been a mistake. They are happy to correct it and even go as far as giving coupons for your next visit. Had to come on here to show my appreciation for the employees at this place

Honestly, I think this Taco Bell has the best TB food around. The Largo, Taco Bell, and the other one on Gulf to Bay are both closer to me, but I go a little out of my way to go to this one.
Best Taco Bell freshness we’ve had in a while. Great spot!

An employee came up to me while I was standing at the counter and told me when I’m ready to order I can go order it myself on an IPAD…LMAO I walked out…You all lost a customer forever!!! ✌️ Are you that lazy??!!

Paco loves to visit the parking lot every morning. The late night crowd is always generous with leaving their trash behind for him to pick up, bring home and consume!

Ordered my item special. Well I get all the way home & it wasn't even my order. Nor did I like what it was so instead of having to go back out I found something at home. But I did call to let the manager know. Nothing was done.
