The girl dressing like a guy running the cashier snarls when handing the cups over that you ordered and has the dirtiest expression on her face, not fit for customer service at all! Nonresponsive and flat out rude when asking about the menu or anything you just ordered on the kiosk

Staff here I have always found to be helpful. Smiling. Accommodating with needs. Keep up the good work. I know y'all work hard back there and sometimes feel unappreciated. I see you. I appreciate you.

It's not often I leave a review for a fast food place but this taco bell was so clean. The food came out nice and hot, and the service was top notch. Who ever runs this taco bell deserves some praise

LOCATION GOT MOBILE ORDER WRONG (DOUBLE CHECK IT'S ACCURATE)

The 1 item I specifically went to Taco Bell for, they replaced with a different incorrect item (that I did not order at all). Checked upon pickup and did notice the correct amount of items (even the exact hotsauce and ammount). [WARNING ⚠️❗️]... Did not read wrapping on items. Quick glance looks good 👍. Get home open taco bell goodness... NO CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH!!! 🤬Tried calling to let them know; "Hey you (bleep'ed up my order). No answer...

Side note:

To go order was placed on a tray, not in a bag. Asked staff can I get a bag? Dismal performance. Guess that's Inland Clearwater Taco Bell on a Tuesday @12pm. Drive thru looked busy. Parking is not the best.

2 stars!! 👎

Order was:
Build your own Box
*0 Cheesy Gordita Crunch
*1 5 layer beefy cheesy burrito

(Foil was seperate item: Cantina Chicken Taco)

Cheesy Gordita Crunches' don't have tomatoes...

I can’t believe how little meat I got in a crunch wrap that is now $6.50. It had literally 1mm thickness of meat. I would need like 3 of these to fill up.

I nominate this Location _Crew 8:40pm- SAT 12/¹⁴ , the best Taco Bell 🔔 🌮 . The staff is on point with their customer service aura . There are touch screens so you can seriously crack your beef 🌯 burrito with chicken add ons etc . The employees will make it to spec . The store is clean-maxxing. Icould see my reflection in the floor tiles. In all seriousness this store still retains the 90s aesthetic that I grew up on. It is a rare unlockable in a world of mid subpar customer/employee relations. This is what Italy is to Olive garden.

After a fun night dancing and enjoying quite a few drinks at a wedding Saturday night, I had one thing on my mind—Taco Bell. I went through the drive-thru, ordered 4 soft tacos, a burrito, and asked for A LOT of mild sauce.

When I got home, excited for my feast, I discovered the disappointment. Not only was my burrito missing (despite being charged for it), but there was NO sauce at all. Strike one.

But it gets worse. Shortly after, my roommate and her friend walked in, also with Taco Bell. They, too, were missing multiple items they paid for AND didn’t receive any sauce. At this point, it’s hard not to feel like this was intentional.

Needless to say, we were unhappy and hangry. Taco Bell, please do better.

Why can't you order at the counter 5 people standing there waiting to use one order machine counter person waiting to hand out the cup big waste of time

The staff was made up of mostly young teenage girls, but dam those kids were working hard and working well with each other. The drive thru was packed, so I went into order as did this older woman who was having a tough time ordering from the self order computer. The young lady was so patient and kind towards and chatted with her as she waited for her food.
I purchased 1 of each throwback menu items. It was not bad, but it was not good. It filled me up, so I got what I came for in that sense.

I’m honestly struggling to put into words how emotionally torn and disappointed I am by Taco Bell’s decision to discontinue their breakfast menu, specifically the Breakfast Crunchwrap. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and that Crunchwrap was my go-to, the highlight of my mornings. There’s something so comforting about that perfect combination of scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy hashbrowns, warm cheese, and the soft, toasted tortilla—it was a masterpiece.

I’ve tried other breakfast items in the past, but nothing compared to that unique blend of flavors and textures that made the Breakfast Crunchwrap so special. It was the kind of breakfast that could turn any rough morning around, and now, with it gone, I feel like a part of my daily routine has been ripped away.

I understand that businesses have to make changes, but this one truly feels like a betrayal. It’s hard to overstate how much this item meant to me, and I know I’m not alone in my disappointment. Taco Bell, if you’re listening, please bring the Breakfast Crunchwrap back. The mornings just aren’t the same without it.
