Never going to this Taco Bell again or any other Taco Bell in Tampa Bay. I ordered over $20 worth of food and got halfway home and realized that $10 worth of the food was three completely wrong items. By the time I drove back, let the woman at the window inspect them, got what I originally ordered, and then got home the other $10 worth of food (an entire value meal) was 100% soggy, cold, and worthless. No other Taco Bell in Tampa Bay is worth a penny of my money, and spending money at this Taco Bell is the equivalent of gambling it away at a casino for nothing. That’s what this Taco Bell is: a gamble that I lost. Worthless. Horrible. Never again, losers!

Possibly the worst taco bell of all time. Placed my order on the app. The drive through was closed. Went inside and sat in the store for 45 minutes waiting for my order. The lady at the register kept telling me they are making it instead of turning her massive body around and telling them I'm still waiting for the order. Eventually the man in charge came over to the cook and pointed out my order and told him I was waiting for over 30 minutes. Finally the cook started preparing my food. The food was fine but waiting 45 minutes is insane and the giant lady at the register didn't give me a fork or my cups for my drinks.

Terrible... The person who served me on November 21, 2024, an African American woman, was very rude to me and two other clients who were there, they should take action on the matter... Terrible experience... And the Cleanliness of the premises leaves a lot to be desired

Really impressed. Take it with a grain of salt, crew and hours probably made it what it was.
