Very normal ice cream, dont by here if you like a specific ice cream beyond vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate, because they switch the others around, gives good portions.

Right by frenchy’s and the beach! A great way to cool off and eat some Hawaii shaved ice! It was delicious. The customer service was great too! We tried the Hawaiian, pina colada, cherry, and blue raspberry flavors with ice cream and all so good!

It was awful. The snow cones were sour and bitter to the point my son wouldn’t eat it. I tried it and it was AWFUL. I decided to let them know that they may have forgotten the simple syrup and she said it was fine and tasted great. As I walked away I watched her try some and she quietly told the others staff members it was bitter. She told me to my face it’s supposed to be that way. Thankfully after some persuasion I got him some ice cream which they also happened to be out of the flavor requested and subbed it with something else that wasn’t anywhere close. We were going to go to Ben and Jerry’s but decided to take advantage of the 10% from frenchys. We are local and made the trip for ice cream and lunch for Mother’s Day and I regret going here instead. We will stick to our normal spots.

THE WHOLE PLACE IS JUST TERRIBLE. THE PLACE IS VERY UNSANITARY THERE ARE FLY'S IN THE ICE CREAM AND THERE ARE MOLD ON THE FRUIT AND YALL NEED TO WATCH OUT BE SAFE.

This ice cream shop was probably the worst place I've ever been to... To start out with, right when I stepped foot in that store I wanted to throw up. It smelled like straight garbage and mold I almost had to take the exit. Then there was the service, it was so bad. I had to wait more than 30 damn minutes for my food that wasn't even a big order. The workers there smelled like weed and some of them were just sitting around on their phones. The food was actually kind of bad.. It tasted like something was wrong with it, as if it was sitting in the fridge for months.

All of the seats were sticky, there were flies galore and it smelled like fish. Service was terrible, the cashier spilled my ice cream all over me. Very many white people on the crew no diversity and a weird manager snooping around. Terrible experience do not recommend.
