Aaron was wonderful server very understanding and polite to serve 8 people for family birthday party. We all enjoyed the food that was served.

Boy this spot is just the best! Always popular, great vibe, & the food is far above the norm. So tonite had superb baby backs w/the sides of corn & beans & brunswick stew that were "so far above normal" cuz of the lil additives. Pieces of meat in the beans & stew, fire roasted corn, wow, loooved them. Dessert can't pass up the roasted banana pudding w/cookies all through & on top, omigosh we're addicted, lol. Asked for our fave waiter Tristan, & he was there doing his usual super service, such a fun guy. TV screens on, even got to see my home team QB Patrick Mahomes of the world champion KC Chiefs doing a commercial, yaaaay! The sweet manager Chris stopped by to say hi & ask how was everything. It was wonderful, as I told him all the above, & we'll be back!

Brittany R our waitress at Smokey Bones Clearwater location was a very attentive, awesome waitress, great personality, I noticed she brought smiles to her customers and gave extra attention to the children. She brought such pleasure to our dinner.

We found the service when we recently visited very poor. Our server had quite a strange demeanour and made our visit quite uncomfortable. When our meal arrived we asked our server for cutlery and napkins as we didn’t have any. She disappeared for a while and we saw her preparing other orders so we had to walk over and ask again. She then when hunting for napkins - approx 5 min wait - whilst our food went cold. When my meal came - pulled pork sammy and fries - I counted 13 fries on my plate which seemed quite a small portion. I asked the server if that was the portion size as I appreciate shrinkflation has hit the food industry. She said she’d get more, and again I asked out of curiosity if that was the size now. She then simply took my plate from in front of me and marched into the kitchen and plonked my plate in front of me with more fries. Super uncomfortable situation. She didn’t ask if we’d eaten here before and explain the sauces. Didn’t refill our water. When we’d finished the server brought us a box as she assumed we’d take home the leftovers which was fine, However she also brought the bill without asking and we were going to have dessert!! In the end we left as she made the experience weird and uncomfortable. Smokey Bones definitely need to train their staff better. Looks like it’s staffed by kids who dont know the first thing about good customer service.

Ate here for lunch when visiting the Clearwater mall. It was surprisingly busy for the time of day but service was still excellent. Staff all friendly & food was great. The bag of hot donuts is an absolute must!

Great place good food. Our waitress Holy was the best. Brought refills on time, frequently came to the table. Very friendly and great at what makes going out to eat what it should be.

I took my family to Smokey Bones this week and had a great meal. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Cody was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very patient and kid to my young children. Our drinks were always full and he made sure our experience was fantastic. The kids loved the warm donuts to top off a great meal.

Even (or in spite of) tremendously bad weather, our shrinking party was able to celebrate a milestone. The food was filling, menu had a lot of choices and we were able to stay with no rush until the weather subsided. A bit pricey for some entrees-we left with take out bags~solid choice if in the Gulf to Bay area.

Ordered from here because of a deal on Uber. They had buy one get one free boneless chicken wings. I must say that they were pretty good. I probably would rate them higher if you didn't have to order through Uber and you could actually sit down in the restaurant to eat. This is a ghost kitchen operated out of Smokey Bones so eating isn't an option. I will definitely try it again because I imagine if the food was hot it would actually be good, but because it's a ghost kitchen it's like the driver was lost and couldn't find the business because it wasn't labeled on the outside of the building. I literally watch the driver on the app drive around the parking lot in circles looking for the place. I can't fault the restaurant do for the driver being incompetent, but I also can't rate cold wings above the three star rating

My Wife and I visited Smokey Bones this afternoon for lunch; Ashley was our server. She was friendly enough, however she did not provide us with good service. She took our drink order, brought the drinks, took our food order, brought the food, and that was the last we saw of her until she brought the check after an unacceptable wait. She did not even check on us or ask if everything was okay. It was not okay; we both ordered fries with lunch, the fries were cold and had been around for a long time grrrrr! The restaurant was not clean, everything at our table was greasy and the blinds on the windows were totally covered with dust. The seats on the booth were split open and in serious need of repair or replacement. Shame on us for staying long enough to order, should have walked. It appeared that the restaurant was under staffed, but the paying customer who keeps their doors open should not have to suffer. All I can say to anyone interested is "Yuk"! do yourself a favor and find another restaurant - we will never return to this establishment.
