Expected that this was the chain Toast-And could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The Ambience is stunning. Beautiful view of the ocean if you can sit near a window. It’s a soft kind of fancy while also being family friendly.
I tried the blueberry fog which was perfectly prepared -not sweet not sour- just amazing!
The Avocado toast was delicious, especially topped with their EVOO. I added an over easy egg that was done correctly. (I would have liked a bit more tomatoes and micro greens, but if that’s the worst thing I can say about our visit then…)
My husband had the farmers hash. Both meats were amazing! And the potatoes were soft and crisp at the same time.
The service by Anastasia was impeccable. She was efficient and informative.
The drift is their lunch and dinner restaurant and I can’t wait to try that next.
Not a local but will be back again and again.

10/10! Food = high quality and delicious. Our server Anastasia= amazing. The ambiance = so peaceful with a nice window view. Value = good portion sizes and great overall experience for the price. We came in 10 mins before close for breakfast (already feeling a little guilty about that), but Anastasia made sure we still felt welcomed. She gave great recommendations and warmed up to us very nicely. She checked in on us frequently and also made great lattes (something I’m weirdly picky about). Highly recommend this for a lovely and delicious breakfast looking over the beachfront!

The food taste good! Wide variety. They do serve in big portions. The place is clean and well decorated. Everybody was so welcoming and accomodating. Anastasia was our server and has been pleasant all throughout. We’ll be back with more friends. I highly recommend this place to everyone who prefers a proper breakfast.

I had a great experience at Toast Rise & Shine Restaurant in Opal, Sol. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming—everyone greeted you with a smile. My waitress, Trinity, was absolutely awesome. She took the time to explain the menu, answered my questions thoroughly, and made excellent recommendations based on my dietary needs. I ordered the Power Bowl for breakfast, and it was amazing and more than enough food and easily shareable between two people. The service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back again the next time I stay at Opal Sand or Opal Sol.

Our food was amazing. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, and my partner ordered the overnight oats. Carlos was an excellent and attentive server. Highly recommend this place for breakfast if you’re in the Clearwater area!

Beautiful interior, sat by the window overlooking the ocean, service (Anastasia) was superb and food was delicious. Crab cake Benedict highly recommended.
Excellent menu! We ended up eating here several mornings in a row because there were so many things we wanted to try. Each dish was perfectly executed. There's a lovely beachfront patio to enjoy a long with your food, too.

Stayed at Opal Sands for a work trip, and came to Toast for breakfast. It was super convenient to walk to, and I sat outside to see the ocean view. Trinity, my waitress, was so accommodating and attentive. The dishes are not cheap, but the portion sizes are huge. Would come back!

Opal Sands and Sol are an incredible combined resort. We had breakfast at Toast two mornings in a row because the food was that good! Anastasia was a sweetheart of a server and was extremely attentive and prompt.
