Food and service were excellent. Im a diehard TS guy I love this place and they delivered.

The only thing is... I picked up on a really weird odor when I walked in the door. Not sure if it was a customer or something so I kept the 5 stars. Good job guys!

I order from here like everyday and the smoothies are great and the staff is super nice but I don’t know who decided on these new tops but I’m not gonna be back. The past couple smoothies I got since they changed the tops literally spilled before I even got to drink any of them. Thats so much money wasted. It doesn’t even fit the cup and the second you pick it up the top flies off and it spilled all over my carpet

Went in super late to pick up some last minute dinner and Mima and Irene were great! My food & smoothie were ready very quickly :)

How’d you open 5 minutes ago and everything’s already sticky? Is it cuz it was never clean to begin with? Is that why it wreaks of rotten bananas in here? My açaí bowl had rotten strawberries and lettuce in it.

I order from this location at least once a week, sometimes more, and I never have any issues…. Until today… I always get the Peanut paradise with extra peanut butter. Well they sent me milk and ice and maybe some vanilla protein powder…. Nastiness smoothie I’ve ever had before... I call the store and I tell them I must’ve gotten someone else’s order because the one I got isn’t what I ordered…. I order through the app because I’m disabled and can’t drive and as I’m telling the woman that she said she needed me to bring back the smoothie in order to get a new one… What?!? Like I have never had someone ask for me to bring back a smoothie after it’s been melting the whole Conversation. I got the feeling she thought I was trying to scam her or something.. I got the wrong order.. make it right.. why treat your customers like that? Write my name down in a book… soo easy.. I guess I’ll have to order from a different location.. it just sucks because they are right across the street. Moral of the story : I hope you get the right order because they won’t fix it if it’s not.

I come to this tropical a few times a week and the staff are always welcoming and kind. Most of the time Brianna is helping me, and she is kind and friendly, and always has a positive attitude!

stopped by yesterday to get a smoothie, i dont come here often but i for sure know i will come back. Brianna was so helpful. i didn’t know what i wanted and she suggested things to me asking what i would like and went off that. She was so nice and stood up there talking to me until my things came out. You never see people initiating conversations anymore so she made my day.

Stopped in for a treat and was immediately greeted by Irene who was so helpful with helping me order. The dining area is kept clean and orders are promptly served. Lucky to have this location nearby!
