Tropical Smoothie always provides excellent food and service. This location was fantastic when we all ordered online for work curbside and I didn't have a check in. Just called and they were right out with all of the orders flawlessly. Thanks for being amazing 🤩

Brianna is absolutely unprofessional. They left out an item on my doordash and she basically told me I was SOL unless I wanted to drive up there and get it. 1.) I’m sick so the whole reason I ordered delivery was because I cannot drive 2.) she made no attempts to make it right, offer to write down my information for when I can come into the store etc. HORRIBLE customer service. Never again.

Great place. We got there at lunch time and they got our order out fast . My smoothie was great and my friend liked his sandwich .

Customer Service sucks and when they gave me my cup it was halfway full nobody spoke when we walked in customer service means a lot to me due to the fact that I am a supervisor at a restaurant.

My favorite drink here has to be sunrise sunset, and safe to say it has never gone down in quality. I always hope Damien is working when I come in because they are always very accomidating and cheerful! My wife also loves tropical smoothie and her favorite order is a strawberry banana smoothie.

Not the best customer service. Felt like I was seriously inconveniencing the staff by placing my order.

I ordered a chicken pesto without tomatoes due to my allergy, and fortunately, I noticed the tomatoes sticking out just before taking a bite. Since I’m already at home, I’m unable to return for a refund.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered the Cali Breakfast Flatbread with chicken, but the staff got it wrong twice. First, they left out the avocado and chipotle sauce; then, they omitted the chicken and cheese. When I pointed this out both times, the employee making it laughed and claimed I was ordering the wrong item, despite my clear request. This lack of attention and unprofessional behavior was disappointing.
For reference, the Cali Breakfast Flatbread should include (chicken or sausage), eggs, smoked cheese blend, smashed avocado, and chipotle mayo in a toasted flatbread.

I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS MAKING THE WRAPS THIS AFTERNOON (feb 6) needs a RAISE! My husband ordered a baja chicken wrap and a chicken pesto flat bread and both of these came out absolute FIREEEEEE! Best food we have ever ever ever ever ever had at this location!!!!!!
