Please go to the location down the street. These employees all give you a very stank attitude and act as if they don't want to work. I spent a lot of money at this location the smoothie was not made right, they remade the smoothie they still weren't correct. They treated me as if I was the problem. I've been eating tropical smoothies for years and know how the smoothies should taste. I had to apologize for asking for my drink to be made. Very poor customer service skills. I wish I didn't waste my money or time at this location. I am very disappointed and will not come back.

The new white guy with glasses made my Santa Fe chicken quesadilla wrong I asked for plant base chicken I didn’t get what I wanted. Check your orders before you leave..He was also pocket watching my money me he made a comment about not tipping well enough he is lucky I even tipped.

I have learned that not all tropical smoothie locations are created equal. My daughter and I will go out of our way to go to this location even tho there is a closer one to our house. The service here is so great, everyone always seems happy, and they actually make the smoothies correctly unlike other locations.
Ordered a super green wrap. It was ok..it had so much ranch i could barely eat it. Staff was nice though!
