The manger made my family and I smoothies, best smoothies ever. My brother really didn’t know what he wanted and she helped guide him through the menu and pick a smoothie that he absolutely loved. I would definitely come back again! He know he has a favorite smoothie - Watermelon Mojito *chefs kiss

This is twice now that this location has messed with my order. I asked for a buffalo chicken wrap, no ranch, extra buffalo sauce. How they managed to give me a flatbread?? Not to mention, most of the people working there constantly have a sour attitude and make it obvious they dont want to be there. Waste of money, tired of being treated like this.

Edit: if you're going to put one of your corporate copy-and-paste responses, at least put the effort in leaving a name instead of the insert name here... says a lot about this company.

The smoothie is barely made of fruit (one banana, a scoop of strawberries, and a scoop of some flavor sauce) and the rest was ice! What am I paying 9 dollars for?

Ordered a hummus Wrap and blueberry bliss smoothie... why is my hummus wrap leaking red sauce and my smooties taste like water...

It was my first time trying tropical smoothie, the crew were extremely welcoming. Incredible workers and staff and the cleanliness is🙌🏾. Would highly recommend to many of my friends and family.

My smoothie was delicious and fresh, the employees were very nice and helpful. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe has moved to the other side of the food court and they have a much, larger nicer booth. I always leave a cash tip because they work very hard to make great fruit smoothies.

Don’t even bother going to the countryside mall location if anyone is standing in line! They had ONE person taking the orders AND making smoothies. I waited for 10 minutes, and the line never moved. There were 6 people ahead of me. What a joke.
