Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie. Every single time I go, they either don’t have bowls for a salad, they don’t have plant based protein, or they can’t make what I’m asking. I continue to try with them and it’s always something. Worst location in the Clearwater/largo area. I would stay clear of this one.

Just waited in line for more than 15 min for one smoothly only to get up to the window they didn’t know what I ordered and didn’t have anything made. One of the employees asked me what I ordered and than proceeded to go break open a straw to start his own smoothie when mine has not even been started. What’s the point of ordering at a speaker box if you’re just going to take you sweet time and wait till I get to the window to bother. We left

Ordered a chicken pesto, no pesto. Smoothies are always made different every time. It would be better if at least they had customer service at this place, unfortunately none of the employees seem to care to work there or have any pride in their work. Not the first time I've had issues here, but it will definitely be the last.

When you want to say, 'better customer service', when they ask what else you'd like, is pretty bad. The tone in the person's voice needs to change or they need a job where they don't talk to people. Do better.

After waiting for our power to be turned back on for the last several days from the hurricane, I was craving an ice cold drink. I went here to use my coupon and when it didn't work, as many hadn't today there, the girl at the window made it right and gave me my smoothie on them. I just wanted to say thank you, it was exactly what I needed to help cool off.

DO NOT GO HERE STAY AWAY. This place is consistently bad. I don’t know if it has to do with the employment they choose or what, but it’s piss poor to put it nicely. Smoothies look nothing like they should from any other tropical smoothie. My sandwhich came out half ice cold???? Do you guys have no standards before you give the food out??? You should be able to feel it and tell it was cold. I can’t express how miserable everyone that works there must be to constantly produce such blatantly disgusting and damn near insulting food and such. I never even like to leave reviews BUT DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY. People couldn’t make a peanut butter sandwhich properly.

If I could leave a zero I would. The entire staff working where awful. They provided me with an incorrect order, took forever about it, and were down right rude. Whoever is hiring for this location, needs to have their head examined.

Used to be a favorite spot. Last 2 times I’ve been my smoothies taste like straight ice. Doesn’t taste like any of the ingredients that are listed. I’ve tried 2 separate smoothies in a week and both are watered down and have zero flavor at all. Such a shame that this is the new normal.

Waiting in line at drive thru just to be denied because they don't except 50 dollar bill wait of time and waist of food what is this country coming too
