The staff of shift were incredibly attentive and understanding when I was forced to make a return due to a misunderstanding with a menu item they greeted me upon arrival and were helpful and informative the manager handled my return with grace and the staff on shift was incredibly helpful as well

I always have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie, and Manny truly makes it even better! He consistently provides excellent customer service—friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. Manny goes above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and customers leave happy. Because of him, this location stands out. Highly recommend!

The worse service I’ve had at this place - the kid couldn’t figure out how to give change back, had to use his cell phone calculator, then claimed he didn’t have $9 to give back in his register, was going to give me my change back all in nickels, then i clearly asked for no scallions in my wrap and clearly they don’t know what scallions are bc they were in my wrap. Hire better people or you will be out of biz.

I grabbed two smoothies for tomorrows dental visit and I cannot eat solids. My fav Detox Island Green has no sweeteners compared to Island green and I get it all for 200 calories. I also chose a Peanut(butter) Protein with peanut butter protein and I dubbed passion fruit for banana

Today I ordered couple of smoothies that I need to have tomorrow for dental work and I cannot eat solid food. I ordered my favorite detox island smoothie which is a sugarless version of the other island green that goes from 430 calories down to 200 cal. I also ordered a peanut paradise protein special, chain g out the banana for passion fruit and pea protein instead of whey protein. Both delicious. Nutritious Great fast service here in the accessible venue with push door entry. Accessible order and pick up counter. Accessible restroom with 2 grab bars on a 5 ft x 7 ft space. High chairs Drive thru is covered for order and pick up area.

Wasn't cheap. But enjoyed my Smoothie.
