Went here today after a few months. Now I see why I don’t come here anymore. All the employees act like they don’t see you standing there. Ordered 2 smoothies and they made us pull forward in the drive thru but, were still continuing to serve multiple cars behind us? Waited 15 minutes before we finally decided to just go in and grab our order. Will not be going back to this one ever. Absolutely ridiculous how bad the service is. 6 people working and it still took 15 minutes for 2 smoothies smh. Do better. ??

This location is so terrible it’s actually impressive. Doesn’t matter how we order; online, drive thru, at the counter. Without fail the order comes out wrong and takes forever while I get the pleasure of watching all the employees in the building talk and laugh and walk out to their cars and generally do anything but work. Today just waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothies while 4 cars behind us were served food. Insane. Save yourself the time and money and go to literally any other location.

If I could leave 0 stores I would. I have gotten Uber Eats on 3 different occasions. Each time my sandwich was wrong. This time it was actually cold, and the pesto was all over the outside. I couldn’t even it eat!

I want to start this with saying I NEVER leave reviews online. I will call and give the establishment the chance to correct the issue. On February 11th I placed an online order and the food and smoothies were absolutely awful. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager and was told they would be in Monday. I called and spoke to an assistant manager who was extremely nice and offered me a remake on the food or a refund. She informed me that a refund would take a little longer than I would've liked to wait so I told her I would come in the next day and get it while she was there the next day. I work overnight and overslept and forgot to go in. The next day I called to see if she was in and I was told no. I didn't call or go in on Valentines day for obvious reasons. I called again Thursday and Friday. On Friday i was told by Michelle that the situation would not be fixed because they have no way of knowing if the issue had already been fixed. Her customer service was absolutely terrible she didn't take the time to hear me out and eventually ended up hanging up in me. I called again on Monday the 19th to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and that she was the next in charge to handle the situation. Knowing that I had spoken to her before and how uncomfortable she had made me feel in the past I told her that I wasn't comfortable leaving the message with her and she hung up on me again. Even if this issue cant be rectified my hope is that this establishment takes the time to retrain Michelle on the importance of maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 tropic bowls. The cashier was very nice and attentive to us however once we placed our orders, we saw them being made by two gentlemen’s in the back and after they were finished, they just dropped them off on a counter and not say a word to anyone. Bowls came out fine, but the wait is extremely long, my oatmeal bowl was basically warm once I ate it. When we arrived, there was nobody else in the store. There was a rush of people and we were pretty much forgotten. One of the workers had their friends come in and they were given special treatment as they received their smoothies free of charge & received in within 5 minutes of arrival, with a delivery to their tables, compared to us sitting at the tables closest to the workers. We basically stared at our order as it was waiting on the counter. The only upside was the cashier who helped us which she was extremely nice and checked up on us periodically and was the only reason why we received our goods to begin with.

This Location has Nose Dived. Was great at one time but we Visited today and the Employees Stand around for only one employee to make food and drinks for both Drive Through and the Front Counter. The lack of professionalism on the part of some creates a bad work Environment. Poor girl asked many times for help making drinks and getting them out. Only to be ignored.

Today’s experience was absolutely ridiculous. Thirty minutes in the drive thru while an employee walked out the back door, screaming & cussing at her coworkers inside. Someone came out and called for her & then went back inside. When we finally get to the window the employee reads the wrong order, we correct him & he responds “oh” gives us a total, we hand payment over & wait another 8 minutes. You either need to close your store or fire your entire staff and start fresh because they are completely destroying the reputation of your store & not even taking care of the customers for the money you’re paying them. this is actually the worst tropical smoothie on the face of the earth. the service is ATROCIOUS. the workers are rude and mess something up 100% of the time. i keep going back because i love tropical smoothie as a healthy quick meal, but tonight has been my final straw. just got home with my wrap to find a nearly BLACK avacado in my wrap. i called the store for a refund and they said i have to come back in person, and then the worker set down the phone, started taking orders, and blending smoothies, refusing to speak to me.it’s absolute insanity. i worked at a smoothie shop for years in high school & college so i know for a fact it is not a hard job. yet these people fine a way to mess it up every single time.just awful

This place should be closed. Horrible employees and 30 mins wait for two meals. February- 05- 2024 this place still sucks. The employees don't care about coustomer services. Drive girls always have very bad attitudes. Please close this location because it's making this company look really bad.

I was here yesterday around 515 I do many reviews so if I give a bad review you know it’s bad sat here for 10 minutes waiting for my smoothie when your employees standing around, the one was making the smoothie made it for his self walked away drinking it I just said give me my money back no sorry and your worker who made his self a smoothie waved to me while I went out the door whoever own the store if you care about making money and care about your customers, you get rid of this crew because you will lose business. Worst customer service I ever had.

Went back this week to this location again Thursday night and once again were met with bad attitudes, a wrong order and horrible customer service. Today we went to the Roosevelt location and had a much better experience. Sorry, you've lost a loyal regular customer, you need to go check the other location and learn a lot!

I placed an order tonight at 8:06 PM for a walk in pickup and I arrived at 8:15PM to locked doors with two employees on their phones who didn’t even acknowledge me. I then pull up through the drive thru and they tell me to wait on the side. Having to wait 30 more minutes to get 3 smoothies all while placing a mobile order is unacceptable. It seems like this place has a history of terrible employees and customer service at night based off of the reviews and service I’ve received. I’m just now receiving my smoothies at 8:50 PM and I had to send my fiancé in there to see what the holdup was. He said they were on their phones. My Fiancé comes out with 2 smoothies 15 minutes later when there should have been 3. He goes back in there to grab our third smoothie and they all taste watered down like they used a whole bunch of ice and no fruit. If I was the owner of this location I would definitely check my cameras and hire better quality workers.
