My mom and I tried broccoli cheese soup, Philly Cheesesteak pie, Green Chile Chicken pie, peach pie & guava pie and all were delicious! Valerie even included a corn muffin with the soup. Met Valerie and her nephew and both were so nice. We’ll definitely be back! There’s really only one table to sit at so it’s more of a to go spot. Valerie also makes all her jams & jellies & cookies & some other snacks that looked good.

I love fried pies, but outside of Branson, I couldn't find any around. Then Facebook mentioned this place, and I was in heaven! Thank heaven this place is a bit of a drive or I'd be back on diabetes medicine. These things are addictive. I bought a dozen, so I could freeze some and ration them out over time. I got a couple of each of the fruit pies, and I'll do it again on my next visit. They were all delicious.

I walked in to Valerie's' while I was waiting on a haircut, and I left wondering how every single person in Pinellas county hasn't heard of her and her famous fried pies. At prices so reasonable I was able to walk into my appointment with a bag full of freshly made goodies.

Wow! I called Valerie's the day before Thanksgiving to pick up a Pecan pie on Friday morning for our Thanksgiving, and it's the best Pecan pie I've ever had. Everyone at the party loved it. I'll definitely be returning.

Great little place! The owners are some of the nicest people I have come across in a long time! And let me tell you the fried pies are great! I loved the sloppy Joe fried pie but I can't believe how good the banana cream fried pie was! They have so many other goodies to try! I definitely will be back to try more of the many delicious homemade things they make!

Food is delicious! Did not expect to come here but I'm glad I stumbled upon it. It is so cute inside, feels like you're in grandmas kitchen. The food is fresh Valerie makes it herself! She was so helpful in explaining what was in everything, I had a lot of questions for her! Not to mention so affordable, I had a full sandwich, soup and a drink for just $12. I will definitely be returning and bringing my family when they visit.

Do not sleep on this place!!Valerie's is amazing. They sell savory & sweet hand-pies similar to empanadas. The savory options are not on the menu, so be sure to ask. I tried the chicken Alfredo & chicken pot pie and both were so good! The strawberry and cream pie as well. There were also sandwiches and other sweets to choose from like banana nut bread. And the best part, it's SO CHEAP!! I got 4 hand-pies & 1 banana nut loaf for $20. Split between 2 people, we were stuffed and couldn't eat everything. Great for lunch in an area that doesn't have a ton of other great options.
