We adore this waffle house. Blocking rap music in a predominantly black neighborhood is wild though. You can play MGK or jelly roll all day but if you want 21 savage good luck. That jukebox isn't for the workers. They get paid to ignore it. There's a skip button if bad music is played so there's no excuse to out right block a genre fully based on skintone. We don't want kid rock we want 2pac.
After another night in the dark, another hard day of hopelessly trying to keep clean a stale house that faintly smelled of a swamp, clearing out sticks, and leaves, waiting 2 hours in a line for gas just to get turned away… we felt so defeated. And like a beacon of hope, this Waffle House sign glowed.

My favorite place to get some hashbrowns and waffles. I recommend you get the double or triple hashbrowns. 4 slices of cheese/3 portions of grilled onion, 1 portion jalapeño and gravy on the side. The peanut butter and pecan waffles are a hit always. People usually meme Waffle House for being ghetto but I have never felt that. The servers are always nice and very loving if you’re respectful.
