Amazing experience celebrating my husband's birthday dinner! Our server, Maria, was wonderful and made the night feel truly special.

We went for my husband's birthday. Our waitress was awesome, she's why I didn't rate lower. The Waygu meatballs were excellent. I ordered the filet mignon medium well with a baked potato. He had the grilled grouper with mashed potatoes. They cooked the filet well done—-the way it was cooked I could've made it at home. It was tough and overdone. The grouper wasn't bad. Overall, I was disappointed in the food but I did like our waitress.

The food was excellent and our server (Maria) was great—attentive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the noise level was unacceptable and made conversation difficult. The ambiance also felt more like dining in a hotel lobby than a restaurant, which took away from the overall experience. With a quieter setting and more defined atmosphere, this place could be much better.

We had a tradition of going to another restaurant but when I checked in August, I couldn't get in on December 24 so we found a new spot ........ Watercolour Grillhouse has become our new Christmas Eve tradition! Sitting by a window overlooking the water, enjoying a great meal, where all of the staff seemed to be happy we were there; that's where I want to spend my time!!! Thank you Watercolour Grillhouse for making us feel welcome and part of the holiday spirit!

With living locally for 28 + years we have visited and dined at Watercolour Grillhouse on many occasions with family and friends. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Christy B. is a great server and timed our dining experience, and was very attentive throughout our visit. The main dish for us was the Watercolour Crabcake, this has to be the best one in Florida, we have tried others and they do not compare. We added Angry Mussels and a Caprese Salad, both were good. We ordered the small Filet Mignon and a New York Strip, with shareable sides of grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. The steaks were cooked to perfection as well as the grilled asparagus. A dish of what I assume was special sauce was on the plate which I assumed was grilled onion and Au Jus, tasted like grilled onion in Soy Sauce, way too salty to consume. The garlic massed potatoes looked excellent, fluffy, large chunks of roasted garlic but so over salted were inedible. The potatoes were returned and Christy offered to bring another side. We declined. We will be back for the Watercolour Crabcake, cannot get enough!
We were seated at a window table to enjoy the beautiful view before dark. The waitress greeted us and took our beverage order. Then our appetizer order, then our dinner order. The food was fabulous. I got the crab cake which was a tall cylinder breaded and fried. It was packed with limp crabmeat and very little else other that the sauce. It was delicious! I got their seared scallops with wild mushrooms risotto and balsamic glazed crisped Brussels sprouts. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! Everyone was truly enjoying their meals. The waitress also made sure we were well taken care of and got our beverages quickly. I highly recommend the Watercolor grill.

Watercolour Grillhouse is a great spot for a nightcap. The bar has a relaxing ambiance, and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Perfect way to end the evening — excellent service and atmosphere.

Big shoutout to Rick and Ricardo behind the bar — they make the place come alive! One of our favorite spots in town!!!
