First, our server, Maria, was knowledgeable, personable and attentive. All of her descriptions and suggestions were Spot-on. Next, the drinks were delicious and exactly as described. Then, the food.... The brie appetizer was amazing; kind of like a brie fondue, rich and creamy. For dinner we both chose fish: Snapper and Sea Bass. Both cooked perfectly, fresh and seasoned to perfection. Sides were the 4 cheese risotto and the Brussel sprouts. Both were amazing, especially the Brussel sprouts. For s=dessert, we chose the bread pudding - which was warm, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. so good. We took our time, and did not feel rushed. Would highly recommend!

a truly lovely experience to dine at the Watercolour. Scenery, service, quality of food, all outstanding. Lori , our server, was truly professional with a great smile. Will be back

The food and restaurant were very good. The service was very slow. Our party of 3 was there for 2 hours! The outside seating view is nice and is on the bay. There are no sunset views because the restaurant is on the east side of the hotel.

Service was fantastic- had a wonderful, attentive waitress. Vegetables were very good and so was the soup. The steaks (filet) were mediocre at best - although tender, it had no flavor and the sauce was very salty - disappointing, as I love a good steak

All good was delicious (crab cake was fantastic and large) and the service (server Scott) amazing. Professional but super friendly and fun. Theres a live band on Saturday night so it's loud but we were up for a fun, lively environment so it was perfect.

Eat outside and enjoy watching the boats go by. The angry mussels made the night. Wow! The steak was just okay but I was expecting a dry steak. It was almost like it was marinated or cooked in a sauce which took away from the steak itself. The sea bass was good. I will definitely go back. But just for those angry mussels and other apps and drinks. These mussels were different than anything I have had before. Smokey garlic creamy sauce with lots of heat. Not like most mussels with garlic/wine. Other apps were good. I do hesitate on the rolls as they appear to be pre-rolled since I could not order any on non-seaweed paper. Will be back again.

Our dinner was excellent. Lori was great! The dinner and desserts were fabulous. It was very cold /air conditioning which was a bit uncomfortable. Definitely recommend. Bring a sweater!

Gary the host is phenomenal! He made our dinner extra special. The food is outstanding and everyone is great. What turned into a rainy day made for an absolutely lovely dinner. Thank you!

We came in for a late dinner, had the chicken entree and the smaller, nothing to write home about. Do not order the french onion soup, it was bad. The drinks were ok, service was average. Overpriced for what we experienced. During the day i'm sure the views are nice, but at nighttime it didn't make a difference.

The quality of food is excellent. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Special recognition for Kelly and Eric for breakfast service, and most especially Lori for dinner service. Lori and the kitchen staff accommodated us at closing time on our 1st night, provided suggestions for our trips to the ballpark and the surrounding area, and provide fantastic service at dinner on our last night!

Service was exceptional. However, our food wasn't up to the standard I expected for the price. Both steaks were very tough & salty. Mashed potatoes were barely edible with the amount of salt. Homemade Key Lime Pie was delicious.

Phenomenal! Fantastic sushi and the BEST mussel dish I've ever had. So make sure you get the angry mussels! The waitress was incredible as was the host. With that said, I wish we ordered seafood entrees. We chose a few steaks which were good, but nothing compared to the appetizers. When the host asked us how everything was, we told him the steaks were okay. He quickly replied that we would've been better off getting something else. Regardless, we will certainly be back to get those mussels, some sushi, and try a seafood entree or two. This is a must try in Clearwater!
