Easily one of the worst Wendy’s locations. Extremely lazy employees including their managers. Workers degrading each other with rude remarks. You will wait forever for a simple order even if you are the only person in line. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.

Dining area always dirty, roaches. Supplies are never available, from spoons to ketchup. Condiment bar never stocked, bathrooms never has paper or soap. Lots of homeless stealing drinks. Hanging out, asking for money or food. Veeeeerrrrry understaffed. Long wait time and bad attitudesI have had breakfast there everyday for months. The situations there are getting bad. No plumbing, no juice, no eggs, filthy tables, no cleaning employee. They need to get on top of the resturant game or¿?????

If there were negative numbers of stars, that's what was earned at this location. We visit fast-food drive throughs so seldom, I wonder, are we just out of step with the abysmal level of service? In fairness, there could be no rating at all for food quality - as we were never served. It should have been a sign, that the car ahead of us at the drive-through waited eons, to make an order, then longer at the window - and STILL drove off unserved. Ever optimists, we attempted to place an order, but were never acknowledged. Thinking maybe there was a speaker malfunction we drove to the window...and waited several more minutes, to view two team members laughing and visiting with a customer at the counter. Both looked our way; neither made a single move to provide service. We too drove off. Never again. Don't waste your time here! Either there IS no management at this location, or they are as poorly schooled in basic principles of service as other team members. Never felt sorry for a franchise owner before...

I'f you're craving Wendy's, find another one. Sitting in the drive thru, at night, you'll be in line for 20 minutes; and they're not busy. Leaving you very little time, on a thirty minute lunch break.

RAW MEAT! So nasty! Dont go here if you actually like cooked food.... they said they were waiting on the burgers to cook, had us pull up. Then brought THESE out... this is NOT COOKED... it was ALL the burgers... RIDICULOUS!
