Went here for breakfast 3/4 @ 9:50am. No cars in the drive thru, waited over 10 minutes for a breakfast meal. Ended up pulling away without the drink or any napkins. These people are worthless.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Cashier is extremely rude and arrogant, manager handling people’s food in drive thru wrapping burgers with no gloves and refuses to respond to customers. Both behave like they just want to get people out the door so they can go smoke more meth together in the back of the store. Will not return. Waited 45 minutes for my cold food.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cashier arguing with customers like a teenage girl and manager finds it amusing. Clearly by reading other reviews a change needs to be made asap. Non existent customer service skills. I feel sorry for the two Spanish women working with them. They behave like 8 year old boys that are crushing on each other. Embarrassing for Wendy’s.

Ridiculously rude and incompetent cashier BIG attitude problem. Manager apparently his boyfriend bc he was giggling about employee behavior in back. Should require more than elementary education from employees. Cashier arguing with customers and manager thinks it is funny zero leadership skills. If I could have gave zero stars I would have. Need to bring older lady back to teach these children how to behave. I had to tell him what came in my order, didn’t even know that.
