My two kids got a certificate from school for free 4 piece chicken nuggets & we came here to redeem them. Chelsea the manager made them feel so special and “upgraded” them. It really made our day and my girls were thrilled.

Every time I come in here there a particular employee that is seemingly not on the clock that, pretty much, bothers and gets in the way of the employees that are currently working , which always makes order take ALOT longer than it really should to be done. There was once that I waited a literal hour, ( I had the receipt with the time stamp on it) I didn't even realize cause I was playing a game on my phone, I look up to realize it had been an hour since I ordered my simple combo meal ... And it was because (it's usually the same employee) thats off the clock, was bothering the employee trying to work. You could clearly tell the one working was really annoyed and bothered but still treated the off the clock co-worker like a customer .....idk what was really going on there.... some tension between co workers ....but none the less, no one should have to wait an hour for a spicey chicken combo cause some girl that works there , that's not even on the clock, needs 110 things from her co workers .... While they're clearly busy with actual customers just trying to eat....I highly suggest the manager of this store look into some of their problematic employees ....and do some adjustments , cause it was EXTREMELY apparent to me as a customer that the staff here dont get along....
Parking: Usually when I come in , it's not very clean , no napkins or utensils out ...but I'm usually there when it's busy so....

Only because, old grease. Grease is supposed to get cleaned every night at wendys. Old grease change the entire flavor of food. Thn to not give receipt, not to answer phone. Just bad business.

Extremely rude staff. Terrible food quality and even worse quality of service. Stay away!
Horrible customer service, girl at the window keep asking us anything rudely, I then told her I'll let her know when I'm done that's aggravating, she then says I'm aggravating to pull up to the window so I did to then be told we couldn't get served by the manager, this was around 2:40pm manager nd the girl over drove thru should be fired!

I also witnessed Antonio help other customers with the same level of friendliness and efficiency. His outstanding service really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back!
