I stopped by this Wendy's on South US 19 near Walmart at 11:30 this morning. Ordered a large chili to go. When I got home it was half water. Not much meat in it. First time this has happened at this location. Usually a good fast food location and good service. Just wanted to let others know before you stop here!

Waited in LINE for 10 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me. And again, my food was cold, just like the one in Dunedin no 1 ever responds to you so I don't even know why I'm doing this, but just to let other people know I figured it took so long because they were making them fresh. But I guess not cheese was not melted. And the sandwich was like it came out of the refrigerator.

I went through drive through with my son I ordered a 4 piece nugget kids meal with a milk. When I paid they gave me only 4 nuggets and after letting them know their ai messed up the manager gave ua fries and milk. When I went to open milk for the milk for my son it was already open and someone had drank half of it. Sooo gross and scary. I will never go back !

The AI menu is horrible , the way it words its questions tricks you into ordering more food and larger sizes , for example I ordered the biggie bag, I always get the small size , and it asked if I wanted a medium or large and didn’t give me an other option, so I said medium and then added more to the total , and I don’t feel like arguing with a robot so I left it, be aware everyone

I love Wendy’s breakfast but the girls there weren’t very friendly I asked for 2 biscuits and 2 sides of honey butter it’s for 2 diff people and she gave me 2 biscuits and 1 side of honey butter and yelled at me when I asked for the other one saying she put 2 scoops in the one container I’m like it for me and someone else we not gonna share our butter idk him like that we just worked together lol so anyway she was mean about it . I didn’t think that was cool but other than that one time I’ve always had good service here and like I said love there breakfast!

Been to this Wendy’s a few times always told people about it being the better one but tonight they failed did 2 mobile orders just two double stacks and a jr fry heard inside while sitting at the window they had to tell each other what was going on got the food cool drove off everything was wrong they made one double stack with one patty and no mustard other with no mustard two patty’s went back they had a hard time making 2 more burgers and they still got it wrong again didn’t feel like going back a third time I guess I’ll take the 4 wrong burgers and go home never going back to this Wendys there’s better ones a few miles away patty on the right is the single patty they put on the first burger which should have been two patty’s but only one and the other one two proper patty’s they had new people but most inside were joking and talking rather than working do better
