food was good but i ordered a frosty cream cold brew & they must've left the cream out all day bc it tasted so disgusting. literally all clumped up in the coffee i couldn't drink it. used to work at wendy's too NEVER seen it look like this

The manager with blue hair for the overnight shift was so rude to me because the ai over the intercoms wasn’t picking up what I was saying due to my accent and when I got to the window she was so rude. It was very racist and discriminatory. She needs to be fired for the way she treats other races. She does not have the ability to be a trusted leader.
Tarnisha, took my order and was kind as could be. I dined in at the Wendy's restaurant in the afternoon and I had leftover cookies. I shared with Tarnisha I would like to give them to the homeless people but they were leaving. Tarnisha ran out to the cookies to the homeless couple. Tarnisha seems to go above and beyond. So that's why I'm taking my time to write a post. Highly recommend this Wendy's on East Bay Near Tri City Publix

I stopped in and no one inside the store everyone was outside smoking a manager came in and one other person and began to give me cold food without washing their hands the Hispanic manager yelled at me saying the food was fresh I didn't argue with him because I am not a confrontational person but I will not be returning to this Wendy's again

Posted hours mean nothing if they're not followed. Arrived shortly after 12am on a 8/28 and all of the lights were off. Thankfully the app is competent enough to cancel and refund an order.
