I ordered the Philly Deluxe and it was the worst cheese steak I’ve ever had. I’ll caution you NOT to order it. It was beyond dry and flavorless. It’s a huge cheese steak but after one bite I couldn’t eat anymore. I wanted the Deluxe because it came with onions, green peppers and mushrooms. I could barely find any of these things in the sandwich. I don’t like wasting food so instead of throwing it out I fed the meat to my dogs.

About a month ago I had a very negative experience (stick with me here) with a employee on the phone trying to cancel an order that had taken way too long to get to us. I waited a couple of days to call back hoping to get a manager on the phone. Turns out that employee was a manager. He apologized and said my next pizzas were on him for him treatment.Fast forward to today ?I called hungry hoping to take this manager up on his offer. The person (Rob) on the other end of the phone listened intently and cared about what I was saying. Without hesitation Rob did honor what this guy had said. I decided to pick the pizzas up in person to meet the guy taking care of me and leave a tip. That manager is no longer with West Shore Pizza understandably.The pizza is delicious, the customer service is outstanding and caring, and me and my wife will only order West Shore Pizza from now on because I know they care and make great pizza!

This experience started with a free 10 inch 1 topping pizza for my BIRTHDAY, i also ordered a meat lasagna w/ 2 harlic knots.This was a delivery.food was quick to arrive.Pizza was doughyHad no pepperoniLasagna, if you can call it that was a zero starIt was cold90% was a sloppy mess of ricotta cheese,Had no meat aside from 1 meatballAnd to top it off the garlic knots were not even cooked.A warm doughy mess.I never call about bad anything but this wasnt even edible.They said to make the order over and have it redelivered.It was only sligtly better i mean this time i got pepperoni on my frre piza.And 4 meatballs instead of one.Everything else was the sameSloppy cold messDoughy and just NOT GOOD.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.THEY CAN KEEP THEIR FREE 10 INCH PIZZA.IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY.
I ordered a large white 18'' pizza. It was so thin and light, I almost dropped the box. It weighed nothing, and they put Ricotta on maybe 60-70% of the 22.00 pizza. The crust was as thin as the cardboard it came in. Very sad and disappointing.
