This experience started with a free 10 inch 1 topping pizza for my BIRTHDAY, i also ordered a meat lasagna w/ 2 harlic knots.This was a delivery.food was quick to arrive.Pizza was doughyHad no pepperoniLasagna, if you can call it that was a zero starIt was cold90% was a sloppy mess of ricotta cheese,Had no meat aside from 1 meatballAnd to top it off the garlic knots were not even cooked.A warm doughy mess.I never call about bad anything but this wasnt even edible.They said to make the order over and have it redelivered.It was only sligtly better i mean this time i got pepperoni on my frre piza.And 4 meatballs instead of one.Everything else was the sameSloppy cold messDoughy and just NOT GOOD.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.THEY CAN KEEP THEIR FREE 10 INCH PIZZA.IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY.
I ordered a large white 18'' pizza. It was so thin and light, I almost dropped the box. It weighed nothing, and they put Ricotta on maybe 60-70% of the 22.00 pizza. The crust was as thin as the cardboard it came in. Very sad and disappointing.

The one and only time we will ever throw away $20 on one of their flat cold pizzas with a hard crust. Sort by recent and read their latest reviews. Place is terrible now and the owner argues with any legitimate criticism. Too many good options around to waste your time and money here.

I ordered boneless wings, Philly cheesesteak deluxe, cheese pizza, and garlic bread with cheese. I received bone in wings and a Philly cheesesteak with nothing on it. The pizza and garlic bread were made correctly but disgusting. I immediately called. I was told there was no manager available. She offered to remake my food. I told her I was not interested because the pizza and bread were not good. I asked for a refund and was told would talk to the manager and credit my card back since my order was wrong. If she couldn’t she would call. I was never told to return the food or that they would come get it. I would have gladly given it back. They called that night but I wasn’t available and they didn’t leave a message. I called again the next day. I was told I could not be given a refund since the food was not returned but they could give me 25% off. The thing is I will never eat from here again. I advise you not to waste your money. Frozen pizza from the grocery store tastes better. Plus their customer service is awful! Don’t order from this place ever!

As neighborhood joint it is favorite and familiar go to for our household today, the order included a Tossed salad but received a browning lettuce and tomatoes. Appreciate the refund but there was no need for the cashier to give me attitude and be questioning the time of my call and making me go back to show her what I received. They have lost a client.
3rd time ordering, was very satisfied the first 2 times, this time however was horrible, I called immediately to ask if maybe they had a new cook because the pizza didn't even look the same, no sauce on buffalo chicken pizza, ultimate steak and cheese pizza doesn't even look cooked thru , cheese pizza all sauce they offered to remake our order, I asked for a refund was told I could bring it back so they could see it. I declined and am now waiting over 40 minutes for order to be redelivered. Thought I had found our go to pizza place guess not

Ordered wings. Had chemical degreaser taste after I realized that was what I was tasting. Had to live in the bathroom for 2 days. Beware! I have to put 1 star or I would put negative. I'd pay for this place to stay in business so everyone else can see for themselves how I got burned. Samantha Higgins
I was hesitant about ordering from this place, but I went ahead anyway, because I was very very hungry. Usually when a person is hungry, anything is good. However, the customer service over the phone and in person seemed pretty disappointing. The young lady that waited on me, had the attitude as if she couldn’t wait to go home, and as if she did not enjoy working there. My pizza was close to 20 bucks in which I don’t like spending a lot just for me at one setting. Immediately, when I got in my vehicle after picking up my pizza, and I proceeded to eat a slice, and it was somewhat OK but by the time I tried a second slice, the breaded section was stiffening and it was very hard to chew. I don’t think I could try going there again. The last time I went to this place was 10 years ago and it tasted a lot better and the crust was a lot softer. I think I will stick with dominoes or Papa John’s from now on.Wasn’t sure how to respond to the owners reply message and so I decided to edit my review by saying we were ticket number 33 tonight for Denise. And it was a pick up order. We ordered one for Tina’s cheese pizza with pepperoni and extra sauce. We pick the order up around 8:59 PM. We paid cash and the cashier did not give me a receipt showing the transaction instead she just gave me a receipt of the order. Hopefully she didn’t pocket the money.
