We have been here at this location before. We recently ordered a delivery from here which went through door dash. The driver picked up the order and called and said i cant find you. I told her directions and I guess she delivered it somewhere or took the food. Not sure. So called door dash and then called the store. The GM Donovan was very pleasant, and really helpful in making this right. Service from the GM made us feel much better and refunded and called door dash. I really appreciate the help and prompt response. We will be back just not delivery. We'll pick up like we usually do. Thank you Donovan!

I would give this place a one star review, but the service was fine and the restaurant was clean. 10 wings for 16 dollars should have a lot better quality than this. My wings were cold, dripping wet with grease and it looked like someone just dumped a bucket of cold Parmesan cheese on my wings. It feels like I just ate a tub of butter and I can’t get the film of grease off the inside of my mouth. This was my first and last time going to any Wingstop.

Came in after church for fellowship and was accommodated very nicely, Donovan was super helpful in helping us pick what flavors to get and my goodness did he pick rightly!! He went the extra mile to make sure to he flavors are good and enjoyable for our group which was greatly appreciated!

Every single time I order they get my order wrong. They always forget something. Last time they forgot a fry and the girl argued with us at the counter and swore she put in enough fries and made us pull all the food out of the bag to prove it. This time they forgot all the ranch which is the whole point of wingstop. The food is so good but the service is just lacking.

Stopped in here this past Sunday to grab some take out. When I came in, I sat on the bench inside to look at the menu and go over it while on the phone with my friend to see what she wanted. As I was sitting there, I was in absolute shock that I saw at least four employees and not one single person had gloves on, NOT ONE!! I watched one of the employees behind the cash register handling money, both bills and coins, and then proceeded to go and handle the food in front of the cooking station. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I left immediately and went to Publix to get subs and every single person behind the counter was wearing gloves. Wingstop, you are GROSS!!!
Need more staff, slow service for what we ordered.

The place was clean and quiet. Very opposite to other locations I've been to. The food was generously seasoned also different from other locations. We waited about 15/20 mins for order as they were working on a large order when we arrived. The staff was kind and welcoming (another thing that was unlike other locations 😆).
