Literally the worse McDonald's Ever! I posted the COVID review during the height of the pandemic... and get a response to contact them. This is not because they care, it's so they can take the conversation out of the public. Whatever... I don't learn my lessons well and went back again today. and today my order was wrong, the person at the window never said a word to me, and then didn't put the lid on my drink fully. I'm now wearing my drink, well what part of it that didn't spill all over the inside of my car. Pissed off, I went inside to ask for napkins and to tell them what happened. I recieved a blank stare, handed napkins, and was told to have a good day.
WTF... no offer to give me a different drink... no apology. These are not over the top expectations.
Hey McDonald's... please don't reply with your standard, reply... if you'd like to have real conversation about this location... let's do so in public.
COVID19 Alert! This McDonald's iis NOT wearing any gloves while exchanging money, making food, handling food, or giving me my food. When I asked about it, the manager said to "that her, no one in there is sick". Seriously? Well since you look so trustworthy! When I questioned if the person in the drive through before me was sick and she had exchanged items with them before handling my food... she slammed ther drive thru window shut in my face. I don't understand... wear gloves! This isn't my rule... it's the guidelines established by the CDC!
