Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken

I’ve been dining at this YaYa’s location in Clearwater since the ‘90’s and it has always been excellent!!! Entire restaurant looks the same which is fine with me. Food is always fresh and excellent tasting!!! Friendly staff on hand taking orders and putting the food together!! Place is cash only as always, but has an ATM on site if needed to use. It’s great to be able to continually support local mom and pop businesses!!! Always look forward to the amazing flavor of their food!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Unique for a chicken place, which is hard to do. Great flavor, a little small on the portion size of the chicken though.

Great salad and dressing. Chicken always delicious !!! Pita amd honey butter is super yummy. It makes you feèl good, knowing you gave your body something good and healthy to eat ! Extremely satisfying. We go at least once a week. Sooooooo good !
A blonde gravy on the mashed potatoes. Worth hunting one down and patronizing. Anywhere a working man goes to eat, you know it's d@mn good ! We love it ! Even the kids love it !

I used to go to the old Ya-Ya’s on Gulf to Bay when that location was open years ago. I had a craving to I went to this location. It’s a great post-gym meal. Good protein. I got the 3-piece dinner and sweet tea. The chicken is always just as i remember it. It was good. The sides come in little cups so next time i might order dine-in so it’s on a plate. But I had the mashed potatoes and baked beans which were a tad too sweet. Overall, good chicken. Nice clean protein. This location looks a tad dated but it’s the food that counts.

So this place has been around since I was a kid.

They don't take debit cards or credit cards of any kind at the Clearwater location.

I think the chicken is amazing! They also have cold packs where you can get a mixture of wings and legs that are cold for about 6 bucks or so which is nice to have for lunch the next day.

I'll continue to go there because it is great food!

Great chicken if u like flameboiled

My favorite grilled chicken place. This place is a local gem for healthy and great tasting chicken. The staff is amazing and the chicken is my favorite chicken! Been in business forever and you'll understand why when you try their chicken. They have a great chicken sandwich on Pita bread also.

This is a restaurant that hasn’t changed since it opened. It is cash only, and the menu board looks from the 70’s.

The chicken is flame grilled, and then stored on a grill until served. What that also means is the chicken could be fresh and juicy, or drier, depending on when it was cooked.

Pita is ok, and the honey butter is tasty. Mashed potatoes were solid, and was very impressed with the salad.

I noticed how clean the place is! Tables, floors, very nice, thank you! The food was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. No credit or debit cards are accepted, but they do have an ATM machine inside. Sorry, no pictures. I was really hungry.

Put an order in come to find out it's cash only. It was 42 and change. I have 40 cash on me and he said no. After I left I thought about it and said I could have took one side off and still got the food so he lost the whole order makes no sense

I love Yaya's Chicken. I'm from Michigan originally but now live in SW Florida and everytime I'm in the Tampa area I have to stop and get my Yaya's. I wish they would open a location down here in Naples/Fort Myers area.
