Service is drive-through only but the line moved fast, I ordered a Pumpkin Pie Iced Blondie, the coffee had a rich flavor and texture and wasn't overly sweet. Lots of variety in the menu to try different things next time. A hearty drink that lasted me through the whole day.

Previously this was a raving review about 7brew coffee, however, I feel the need to update my review after months of inconsistent service. I used to order coffee from this location at least 4-5 times a month for months on end with zero issues. Then suddenly every time I went my drinks were being made incorrectly, and I mean every time. I’m a simple girl, I like my mochas and pumpkin spice lattes. So this morning for example I ordered a small hot peppermint mocha with almond milk. Should be rather straightforward with how many of them are ordered this time of year. Well guess I was wrong. I received my drink rather quick today, unlike usual lately, so I was rather happy until 10 minutes later when it was finally cool enough to drink and I discovered my mocha had zero mocha. Usually I would write it off as people make mistakes but this has been probably the 6th time in a row I’ve had a drink make incorrectly… it’s frustrating. Especially when on the 3rd time I brought it up and the shift lead argued with me for 10 mins and had to remake the drink multiple times for it to be finally right during the morning Tuesday rush. I didn’t come back for over a month after that. I can understand if the drinks are difficult, but as I’ve said before I’m a simple person when it comes to my coffee preferences. In the last 6+ months I’ve had my drinks made correctly twice, by Ren and Liam during an evening shift. Any time I go in the morning it’s always incorrect. I don’t understand what happened, this place used to be ON IT. Quick turnaround time, drinks made correctly every time, and fantastic service. In the last few months it has gone downhill significantly. I’m tired of paying for drinks that are never made correctly, especially when they are so simple. Now I hardly go, so it’s even more disappointing when I’m still having constant issues. It takes a lot for me to complain, I understand people are human and mistakes are made but if I’m having this issue every single time I go, it has to be a quality control issue that’s impacting other customers as well.

Service is always good and thanks for lowering the music. I did like the vibe but I couldn’t hear the servers. Also, I don’t know what has happened over the last couple weeks but my last 4 mocha chiller orders have been watered down and barely taste like coffee. They are more like a chocolate milkshake now. I noticed that I get my order within seconds which is a good thing but not if it’s watered down. Please put the coffee taste back like it was before! I don’t want to go back to WaWa!
