Visited yesterday for dinner. The young man working at the drive thru was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. (I think it was Terrell, but not certain) The food quality was great.

To me a little over priced. People there don't care, no personality, don't even say thank you, forgot part of my meal, nasty inside. Had to go back in to get what was left out. Not worth the money.

Ordered Greek Gyro, with double meat,as I usually do. Tasted like pure salt. And definitely was not double meat. Bread was hard, old. First time with this issue.

I went through the drive through. I got a simple roast beef sandwich meal with cheese sauce, an extra cup of cheese sauce for the fries, and a drink. I don’t know why I didn’t check my food but I get home and I have someone else’s order complete with two sandwiches and two different sides neither of which I ordered and no cheese sauce.

We have several Arby's in our general area but most often order from the Arby's in Clermont. Service is good, employees are pleasant, and whether it's Drive-thru or dine in the wait for service has never been very long. We've always been pleased with the quality of food and the price is reasonable for what you get. They have a rather large menu and surprisingly, at least from my expirence, they sucessfully serve each item ordered fresh and hot. Keeping it in perspective Arby's is fast food and the dining area is typical fast food tables and chairs with a Serve Yourself condiments and drinks. From my perspective Arby's is a nice change of pace from the many limited menu drive-thrus that serve hamburgers
Very delayed service, it took approximately 30 minutes for only two hamburgers, the place was not full, the guys were very slow and inexperienced, I do not recommend the place. In addition, this dirty lacks cleaning.
Just had to walk out it was 90 outside and at least 95deg inside ! Just disorganized chaos happening I feel bad for the employees having to work in the oppressive heat! This is why Arby’s are closing nationwide !

Placed a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes after the app said my food was ready. Employees all seemed flustered and miserable, 3 people came in for drive thru mistakes while I was waiting. Floor was sticky around the counter to wait. Immediately ate my food in the parking lot where the sad excuse for a brisket sandwich was cold already and had 1 single piece of bacon and hardly any fried onions. Definitely nowhere near as full as the picture. Also, $.79 cheese sauce cup was maybe 1/3 full
Came to this location to eat dinner only to learn they close the fryers down at 10pm but don’t close untill 11pm, so if your wanting fried chicken or fries, jalopeno poppers, mozzarella sticks or any other menu item that requires the fryer you must go eat before 10pm! Ridiculous & G.M should be ashamed for allowing staff to run buisness like that.
