Visited yesterday for dinner. The young man working at the drive thru was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. (I think it was Terrell, but not certain) The food quality was great.
We have several Arby's in our general area but most often order from the Arby's in Clermont. Service is good, employees are pleasant, and whether it's Drive-thru or dine in the wait for service has never been very long. We've always been pleased with the quality of food and the price is reasonable for what you get. They have a rather large menu and surprisingly, at least from my expirence, they sucessfully serve each item ordered fresh and hot. Keeping it...
Mostly, they get my order correct. I cannot have the seeds on the buns, due to a medical problem. I always ask for the buns without the seeds. Often times, they give me the wrong buns.
