We called in last night and the young man behind the counter was an absolute gentleman, talked us through all the meals etc and explained everything, a credit to the store I am only sorry I didn't catch his name, this was about 9pm last night and he wears glasses

I don’t typically go to Arby’s but was craving some quick mozzarella sticks. My order took a bit longer an expected (he said it would be a 5 minute wait as they were making my food fresh, ended up being about 8 minutes). The employees were SO kind and apologetic even though I wasn’t in a rush. They even gave me a cookie free of charge for waiting the additional 3 minutes. I hardly write reviews but these people were really kind and definitely brightened my day!!

Waited about 15 mins for 2 sliders and some fries, nobody else was in line. We got our food and they made it wrong and the fries were barely filled up
The steak nuggets were excellent! Get the BBQ sauce for it! The Turkey Gobbler was excellent also!
