We called in last night and the young man behind the counter was an absolute gentleman, talked us through all the meals etc and explained everything, a credit to the store I am only sorry I didn't catch his name, this was about 9pm last night and he wears glasses

I don’t typically go to Arby’s but was craving some quick mozzarella sticks. My order took a bit longer an expected (he said it would be a 5 minute wait as they were making my food fresh, ended up being about 8 minutes). The employees were SO kind and apologetic even though I wasn’t in a rush. They even gave me a cookie free of charge for waiting the additional 3 minutes. I hardly write reviews but these people were really kind and definitely brightened my day!!

Food was great. Establishment was clean, bright, and inviting. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

My son is autistic, and was very impatient and acting out. While we waited, actually only a few minutes, one of the staff member gave my son a fries on the house to make things easier.

I highly recommend this establishment.
