So this place is run by haj & we came here twice in the past two days. Once yesterday at noon & today at 11am. Yesterday the haj was pretty nice but said it would be a 10 minute wait 4 any pretzel or pretzel cup. We elected to not wait & take the cinnamon sugar pretzel cup in the display case. Not bad but the cinnamon sugar was extremely excessive. Today back at Walmart and we go back to order and we were rudely greeted by a frustrated female employee. She was just so upset from the get go. Definitely wasn't in the right mindset to be dealing with customers. I asked for a pretzel or pretzel cup & she rudely said it would be 25 to 30 minutes because she has a bulk order. 2 days in a row & I couldn't even get my kiddos a pretzel. Pretty ridiculous & theres just no reason to be rude. Bottom line, just because you're having a bad day & actually have to do work doesn't mean its okay to have attitude. Haj, good pretzels but you gotta stop worrying about loss prevention & keep these babies poppin out of the oven. They will sell. Just cut out the cook to order crap. People will buy, dont worry.. Just replace the rude chick. 👏👏👏
