Ordered online but they didn’t receive my order, still charged my account but I was unable to get my food. They wanted me to pay again in order to get my food. One girl was very friendly, the other was rude and snotty. Finding another bagel place from now on.

No customers in store while I’m waiting on my order when I can see my order just sitting on the counter and when I ask about my order they tell me it’s not ready and proceed to just drink there coffee then when she felt like checking is when she grabbed my order and handed it to me.

Leaving this review to let everyone know I am NOT a breakfast person. I never really order any sort of breakfast sandwiches but now i’m HOOKED to their bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It’s 10/10.
