The bagel its self was amazingly good. Warm soft and very fresh. I did have the veggie cream cheese which, for me, had way too much garlic. I will for sure be back. Recommend.

My wife loves their bagels. Highly recommend if you are a bagel lover. Their deli sandwiches are really good, too. Minimal seating, expect to take your food out.

We are staying in Orlando for a week with our family .. I’ve ordered the same bagel through uber eats twice (very picky) I’ve gotten the Asiago cheese bagel with bacon and cheese twice .. the butter that is put on the bagel is perfect the bagels are delicious.. ordered the blueberry 🫐 pancakes today along with the home breakfast potato’s all great .. with fresh blueberries.. I own a restaurant in Virginia & we love to give love where it is deserved.. keep making great food thanks guys !!

The bagels are good but DO NOT go to this location. The customer service is terrible!!! This was my second time to this bagel shop and I needed guidance on choosing what I wanted, but I got the opposite. The older blonde female employee was extremely rude to me and my wife. She had this annoyed expression on her face when she was talking to us, and made us feel rushed instead of helped. I ended up overpaying because the bad treatment led me to end up getting something I didn’t really want. Then when I went to ask her a question about the price, once again she was rude. I’ll never go here again. I’ll try the other location, hopefully they are helpful and treat me like a paying customer

Got a flavored latte that said 4.79 on the menu and the lady at the cash register up charged the latte to 4.99 plus added 0.99 for chai that I didn’t ask for. Please update your menu price or stop over charging. $6.40 with taxes for a drink that is advertised at $4.79 is ridiculous.

Manager misleading, then obtuse, on 2 visits. They don't answer phones. Some items n/a. When a vendor does not have your interest in mind you take your money to their competitors and tell everyone why you have done so. Checked 2yrs later prices still MUCH higher than menu, signs, ads, almost abstract prices.
