It seems this place has mixed reviews. I guess it depends on the day you go. Or possibly they made some very good improvements to the freshness. But my experience here was great. Amazing NY style bagel that tasted fresh and full of flavor. The service was great, the shop is clean, I don't really how much better it can get. Definitely worth 5 stars from this visit.

I have ordered the same thing twice now with Uber Eats and both times my Bagel sandwich has been Amazing. I got the steak, egg & cheese bagel both times and it’s so good. I have not been inside the location. I am glad i took a chance and ordered from here.

Terrible service and attention from its owners. spoiled and stale bread They also take a long time to deliver the orders.
I pre ordered a bagel w/cream cheese, the heavy set women behind the counter was too busy talking to the co worker. It should not take almost 15min to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it!

I could eat here every week on my days off. And I do! At least once a week, and I love it. The variety of bagels is awesome and it's delicious! I also love the people who work there. They are so kind and fun and down to earth. They each have unique personalities and are fun to have a chat with. Egg everything bagel is king!

I was badly craving NYC bagel and found this shop. It definitely is the best bagel in the town of Clermont, but I am not sure if it duplicated the taste of NYC bagel.
I was also craving the pastrami sandwich from Katz’ deli so I tried their Boar Head version. I have to admit my expectations were unjustly high.
