It seems this place has mixed reviews. I guess it depends on the day you go. Or possibly they made some very good improvements to the freshness. But my experience here was great. Amazing NY style bagel that tasted fresh and full of flavor. The service was great, the shop is clean, I don't really how much better it can get. Definitely worth 5 stars from this visit.

I have ordered the same thing twice now with Uber Eats and both times my Bagel sandwich has been Amazing. I got the steak, egg & cheese bagel both times and it’s so good. I have not been inside the location. I am glad i took a chance and ordered from here.

The bagels are normal, better than other places hence still go there.
The vibe is just meh… everyone is busy, understandable, but it feels unwelcoming.

On top of that, specifically asked for scrambled eggs. The cashier was questioned in front of me about the missing note in the order, but no-one spoke to the line crew to correct the error. Sight…
